Lots of parking, modern amenities, smart use of space, right down town.
Our front door squeaks every time there's a teeny breeze out in the corridor, which gets annoying.
The facilities are relatively new.
The room is at the end of the corridor. You still need to go through the fire escape. There is a strange sound at night, and the mirror is facing the bed.

We have stayed here a few times now definitely the cleanest hotel , quiet and comfortable. Lovely owner, we really like staying here. Great little coffee machines in each room.
A very lovely hotel with a fantastic location and great facilities. We were allocated a wheelchair-accessible room, which gave us an incredible amount of space, including an additional room. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped with a handy kitchenette. There was also plenty of parking, which was very convenient.
The only downside was that the electrical distribution board behind our room was quite noisy overnight, and it woke me up a few times each night.

Spotlessly clean, spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. Luxurious toiletries and towels. Location very close to restaurants yet quiet.
Location was good for us close by to an event we attended and the Tauranga shops.
Room had no toaster and reception wasn’t open to ask in the morning, got one later when room service came but was too late. Also no brush/ cloth or detergent to do dishes or clean sink (hygiene wise this is not very good and should be addressed)

I have stayed once before & it was so easy to check in. The rooms are exceptionally clean which I love, it’s also quite affordable too. Parking is such a plus, you have to pay for some hotels.
