I was a bit skeptical about the great reviews online and the affordable rate but decided to give it a try. It was as good as the reviews said it was! Spotlessly clean, well designed, 2 comfortable armchairs, a wonderful bed, coffee maker, we loved the lighting in the room, and breakfast - wow! It was free with our booking.com deal and it was delicious and very generous. That's the only place we will stay in Tauranga in future. AND the price was well below many of Tauranga's 'better' hotels/motels.
We would have liked to stay much longer. Maybe next time.

This Hotel was immaculately clean right from walking in. Friendly staff and easy check-in.
They had coffee pod machines in the room which was amazing. Beds really comfortable, the air conditioning is better than heatpumps in my opinion, it is quieter and I appreciated that, also as stated room was soundpoof, we could not hear anything from the rooms either side at all during our stay.
The only thing that was a bit of an annoyance, was the led light poles in the parking lot that shine right at the windows, although the curtains are decent you couldn't have a blackout room.
Good parking. Had a little sink to fill kettle. Plenty of coffee and tea. Smelt lovely. Very clean. Quiet.

침대매트리스가 많이 물컹해서 저희부부는 잠을 거의 못잤어요.(개인차가 있을수있습니다.)
샤워기 수압이 약한편입니다.

The room was spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The chairs were a great comfortable place to rest off the bed. The bed was the best of 5 different hotels we stayed in during our trip. The shower itself was spacious and great water pressure plus bonus face wipes were a nice touch. The continental breakfast was satisfactory - no issues. Ample free parking. Good walking distance to a bunch of restaurants / food outlets.
Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom itself (not the shower which was excellent). The rest of the room was so compact you have to twist over the toilet to reach any of the towels, and of the counter space, and when using the toilet it was a very tight fit (think caravan toilet sizing). I often used the foyer shared toilet as the one in the room was just too cramped.
Great location close to the city and water, but nice and peaceful as well. Parking is easy too.
