The parking was terrible! We were in a spot that meant we were having to half park in the garden to be able to get in or out of our car.

Cons:

The dining room chairs need replacing the fabric is breaking down and they are the pits. Only ended up staying two nights as hubby discharged early from hospital, no refund considered

Les employés sont simpas et l hotel est très propre mon fils bien aimé le spa tu a un frigidaire et tous ce que tu as besoin mais ces très propre

Cons:

Ces juste dommage qu ils est pas encore de restaurant , mais ils attendent l accord du maire , après il y a rien dire j ai passé début nuit bien reposé

Great option in Rotorua - from a Hotel Manager
Pros:

Great option for Rotorua. Many many old properties around in Rotorua and as someone who prefers things to be of a higher standard, cleaner surfaces and newer fixtures and fittings, Newina was a great option to avoid disappointment. We don’t often stay in Motels but would definitely stay again.

O quarto era muito bom, excelente, grande e espaçoso com uma boa sala de estar. A cozinha era bem equipada. Havia aquecedores nas camas e no banheiro.
