Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Newina is in a great location, close to shops and activities and you barely heard the traffic. Our room was spotless, clean and comfortable. We didn't require a daily clean but when we asked for fresh towels half way through our stay, they were super accomodation. Check in was easy and they even let us store a large item in their garage. We would stay here again!

Cons:

Needed a slightly heavier duvet or an extra blanket for winter. Even with the heat pump, it's nice to have the extra weight.

Cons:

Whilst close to skyline it is away from the town centre. Lots of road noise during the day. Quiet at night.

Very comfy, lovely view of the mountain, lovely location!
Pros:

The beds are super comfy, the rooms are really clean and spacious, and I love the kitchenette - sometimes on holidays i really enjoy having a home made meal. I can’t wait to come back during summer to swim in the pool. The staff are extremely wonderful as well - they’re really nice and if you have any issues they help you straight away. Also, located in a great place - it’s not too far from literally any activity

Cons:

The car park is really small/tight, especially if you have a bigger car.

Pros:

Everything, it was close to shop, town and everywhere we wanted to go. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. I will definitely return and use Newina for our accomodation everytime we come to Rotorua.

Great and very affordable place
Pros:

We booked it for its location and hot tub. Both were great
