Hana Lodge

We stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. We checked in around 2:00 pm, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even offered us chocolates and took the time to explain everything the hotel had to offer, including activities in and around the property.
The hotel is beautifully decorated with an Alice in Wonderland theme, which makes it feel unique and magical.
The next morning, we accidentally missed breakfast. We asked if there was any chance we could have something to eat, and the staff immediately went to the kitchen to ask the chef. To our surprise, the chef prepared breakfast for us anyway. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture it went above and beyond our expectations.
The outstanding customer service made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the amazing team for making us feel so welcome. We had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again

From the stunning sculpltures and the charming lodge itself to the peaceful surroundings, every corner feels welcoming and serene. The sauna and the hot spa under the stars are just added bonus.Thank you to the lovely staff, Star, Manaka and Grace, make us feel right at home. A perfect place to unwind.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Hana Lodge.
Starting from the warm welcome from our host Star, who showed us all of the lodge amenities and beautiful surroundings, continuing with the exceptional dinners we ate from both in-house chefs, and finally to the clean, comfortable and well appointed room.
If you don't plan to stay here, you should 100% visit for dinner and taste their amazing 5-star restaurant quality food.

The staff and property were excellent. Star greeted us with such a wonderful energy. It is clear that the property is loved and looked after. Well worth a visit. They also have a wonderful Alice in wonderland type theme going on which was fun and welcoming.

Exceptional Stay at Hana Lodge
​My stay at Hana Lodge was fantastic. The manager, Star, provided truly exceptional service and even kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade.
​The experience was elevated by the thoughtful amenities, including a free minibar and excellent sauna and hot pool facilities perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was elegant, fresh, and delicious, and the surrounding views of the area are simply beautiful.
​Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Rotorua!

Amazing property, the staff were amazing and the room (suite) was beautiful! Free snacks and non alcoholic mini bar, heated floors and and beautiful room. Nice surroundings too!

Everything was absolutely perfect! This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The gardens and surroundings were peaceful and stunning. The location was excellent, and every detail made our stay unforgettable. Everything. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Star (at the front desk) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

A beautiful hotel. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Dinner and breakfast both delicious. Chen was amazing and so was our waitress at dinner and breakfast this morning.

Beautiful Lodge set in lovely spacious grounds and excellent facilities. This was our second stay in a week as our first was so good. Star was an amazing host as was her colleagues. Their attentiveness and friendly professional service was much appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional - complements to the breakfast staff and chef. We will be back.

Amazing and Fantastic Overall

the staff were the best staff I think I've ever come across. They were unbelievably welcoming. I thought they really did well for such a packed venue too. Breakfast had great options and was delicious. Very much enjoyed the billard room - unusual addition to a space but v cool
