Pros:

estupendo, muy variado. Quizas faltaban cereales sencillos, como copos de avena, algo sin tanto azucar

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones no esta muy organizado. Si no te limpian la habitacion por la manana y pides que te la hagan porla tarde, puede ser que no te la hagan, como me paso a mi.

It was a delightful experience
Pros:

Everything. It’s a beautiful and well maintained property and the facilities are gorgeous. The staff were mostly wonderful with one notable exception- a rather surly doorman.

We loved our room (got upgraded after the first night's mishap), breathtaking experience overall!!
Pros:

We had a pleasant surprise in our visit after a dull first day with a flooded bathroom. The staff turned all this around. We were very impressed!!

Cons:

The flooded bathroom experience and uncertainity of their foods. My wife got sick over breakfast. She ate a egges benedicts which almost ruined our day! The waiters also need to be more humane than commercial oriented. Larger crowds at the eateries would leave us neglected by the service crew - we kept 'hunting' for them for orders and to make payments.

A lovely modern luxury hotel meeting business and holiday needs alike
Pros:

All facilities are modern and tasteful. Breakfast was pleasant in the poolside terrace. Wifi connection did not fail once - something very unusual in Nairobi - during my 3 hour business meeting. Staff is very kind and responsive to all my requests/enquiry.

Cons:

The structure of the building is somewhat complex and confusing. You have to use a lift to get to 3F to move from one wing to another using a corridor, which applies each time visiting the restaurants/bars.

Pros:

The service was friendly and helpful and very reliable. The 2 restaurants had great food and ambience. Thr hotel was quiet so for anyone who wants to rest or is trvaelling for work, you are able to rest very well. The facilities are new and clean and modern, you will find the hotel has all the amenities and all the toiletries which is always well appreciated.

I really enjoyed the stay and am already planning my next one
