Amazing rooms with next level facilities and wonderful Staff. I booked for three nights but stayed for four.
Pros:

Wonderful facilities everything you need in one place.
Our waitress at Meko restaurant Lydia was outstanding. We requested her service every day. And nothing was any trouble.

Excellent property fir a day or more enroute to Safari
Pros:

Excellent staff and facility . Breakfast exceeded our expectations for a truly stopover facility . Many guest such as us use Kwetu as a stop over enroute to Safari

Ein rundum Wohlfühlpaket
Pros:

Der Service (Mitarbeiter) und die Gastronomie (ausgezeichnetes Essen in beiden Restaurants) sind besonders hervorzuheben. Außerdem hat uns das Frühstückkonzept gefallen, alle Speisen wurden frisch zubereitet, mit wenig Wartezeit.
Der Karura Park (der sehr zu empfehlen ist) liegt in der Nähe des Hotels, dorthin wird vom Hotel ein kostenloser Shuttle angeboten.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Our stay was exceptional!
Pros:

We’ve stayed here more than four times, and the property never disappoints! We especially love how clean and well-maintained it is, along with the peaceful, serene, and Zen-like atmosphere that makes every stay so relaxing. 🤍

A special mention to our housekeeper, Elizabeth, who attended to our room, 4204. She did an excellent job and had such wonderful attention to detail. Her care and effort definitely added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Cons:

Nothing really! The only minor thing was that one of the reception staff during check-in seemed a little standoffish or perhaps just tired. However, it was nothing significant and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.
