Superb stay in a well designed hotel with excellent location and extra friendly staff.
Pros:

The Hotel is the best I have stayed in in years. Beautifully finished modern rooms with extra credit for a fantastic bathroom and super large shower. Loved it.

Great overall stay
Pros:

Perfect location and the bed was very comfortable. Great concierge service. Very helpful from bringing up bags to helping with lifts.

Cons:

Room wasn’t quite ready on time, however not a huge convenience.

loved the room and the convenience of the restaurants, shops
Pros:

my husband loved it, but for me as a person that has had gastric sleeve, the options were not very good. and the staff were not impressed when I advised that only 1 of us ate.

Cons:

the choices we very heavy and fatty.

We stayed for staycation for my family attending a conference, we loved it wish we could have stayed another 2 nights.
Pros:

New hotel so loved the look and room was nice.

Cons:

I think coz we could hear outside the door a lot even tho we were at the end of the floor a lot of noise? Not people just banging and stuff..

Lovely hotel ...once you get into it!!
Pros:

Comfortable bed, attractive art works, well stocked mini bar, pod coffee, great city views

Cons:

The distance to walk from the carpark underneath Sky City ...the pass key to Horizon wouldn't work...no price sheet for the mini bar

If you’re looking for something central and right in the middle of the city - This is it
Pros:

The two beautiful Polynesian woman at the front desk were lovely warm and inviting. I would definitely go back just because they made me feel so welcome and at home! Maria and another lovely lady who was working with her (Renee? - im unsure im so sorry but she had lovely hair) on the day i checked in at around 5pm. They were amazing!
