Hotel room itself was good, nice and close to other places. The room serivce was not good.
Pros:

The room was great, we had a lovely time my daughter had a great birthday experience

Cons:

We ordered room service during our stay, specifically the Dolce Chocolate Dessert and the cheese board. Unfortunately, it was a very poor experience. The chocolate dessert was incredibly dry, the dates tasted old, and the crackers on the cheese board were completely stale. For the price of hotel room service, you expect fresh food. This was extremely disappointing.
