Perfect for games at my smart stadium

Clean. check in/out is very efficient. Modern building and feels new. Rooms are a good size.

Cons:

I don’t know. I didn’t explore much round about as I was only staying there to go to mount smart stadium.

Pros:

Walking distance to Mt Smart. New, clean, quiet and COMFY beds.

Cons:

The $150 per room security payment which takes up to 7 days to refund is a pain.

Great apartments, clean and easy to get to.

The property was central to where we needed to go. Easy parking and the apartments are a great size.

Pros:

Loved the 2 bedroom apartment! Tidy, accommodating, had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the view was incredible.

Cons:

The only reason I gave a 9 out of 10 was because of the dishwasher. When we opened it, it was shut pretty promptly due to the foul smell of what I can only describe as similar to fish. Could do with a rinse aid or 3.
