Overall a good stay, bathrooms small. Long wait to check in but staff were helpful in fixing this.

Staff need education around access needs & mobility parking.
Cons:

The mobility parking is insufficient with only one park. There was a vehicle parked illegally in the single mobility park available at the front of the hotel. When bought to staff attention, they said it had been there all week! We were invited to instead park on ramp area blocking access to footpath (not designated parking), which we declined. Despite this we enjoyed the room, facilities and cafe just across the way.

Good for a night close to go media stadium 45 min walk or 3 min uber ride. Perfect for what we needed

Great stay!
Pros:

Really great space. Lovely and warm room. Bonus that it had a washer and dryer!

Cons:

Felt the parking situation was a little over complicated. I was so tired from so much driving to get to the hotel that day that I just felt being given a parking spot 4 floors up, in a different building, with an access pass and a note to put on my dashboard was a bit much. The amount of empty spaces I passed felt a bit unfair that I couldn't just have a space where there was one free.
