Lovely and clean with a great big bed.
Perfect for my stay.

Cons:

Traffic noise and you can hear when people are walking around upstairs, especially if they are heavy footed.

Location was good. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location was close to rugby stadium and walking distance to Workingman club for dinner. Clean and modern facility.

Cons:

Had to pick up key from another motel as no one is on site of one we booked.Rugby game was on so had to go thru a cordon to get keys and drive a couple of kilometres around cordon to get to our motel. If roads weren’t closed it would have been closer. Look in to what is happening in area before booking! Blow drier fell off wall as holder for it was screwed in to jib not timber framing behind jib.

Really clean. Parking spaces are big! The check in was at another property, which didn't make a huge difference to my experience. It was quite close by so it was just a quick detour.

I wasn’t aware there was a $200 deposit on top of the accommodation cost. I asked for a refund and they said Booking.com

Noisy.
Cons:

The rooms are badly soundproofed. There was a lot of noise from doors closing, and a lot of road noise all night.
You have to check in at a different hotel a few minutes drive away which is inconvenient. Lots of people say this in their reviews, perhaps you should mention it in the listing or have coded locks or key boxes on site?

Okay for a night or two.
Pros:

I liked the location for a game at FMG Stadium.

Cons:

I didn't like the road noise, or the noise from other guests - the acoustics for a new building are poor. The gardens were a bit scruffy.

Cons:

Was a property located away from main motel and had to book in somewhere else
No milk in room and was told we give that complimentary and dont have to, so if you want some milk come to main motel to get it!!
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable
I woke up several times during the night snd so just got up and left at 5am!
Bathroom extraction unit was very noisy. Wouldn't stay here again
