Easy and accommodating

It was easy

Cons:

The soap dispensers in the shower and bathroom were crap, super hard to get product out, and the shower took ages to heat up, like 3-4minutes. Forgot to mention it when I checked out.

One night is not enough to appreciate this lovely hotel
Pros:

Stayed at the Pullman so we could make an early departure in the morning. Super hotel, beautifully designed and lovely staff who gave us a warm welcome. The food at dinner was great. All in all a fabulous hotel.
