Cons:

The evening meal was absolutely dreadful…the steak was mostly fat. The manager was called snd he agreed. We did not pay for the meal.

Pros:

Nice hotel and great for access to airport. Staff were polite and very professional and rectified the two issues were had promptly.

Cons:

Little disappointed with service on 9th floor bar and restaurant. Snacks ordered to accompany drinks were not delivered for a considerable time after the drinks and not until a staff member was reminded and went to check on the order. Two additional items added to dining bill which were not ordered by us. In both cases staff were polite and very professional rectifying the issues.

Pros:

Closeness to Intenrational airport for layovers, clean and nice tidy room, quiet and new modern.

Cons:

Variety of food at the cafe, not many hot drinks varieties, eg. Chai is powder not the wet chai leaves, no Matcha, no smoothie varieties

The most luxurious bed I’ve ever slept in
Pros:

The bed was literally the best bed I have ever slept in! Beautifully appointed room. Will happily pay for this again even though it’s the priciest airport hotel.

Cons:

Nothing. It was bliss.

Great place to stay in preparation for onward flights
