I’d stay here again
Pros:

Excellent staff.. high level of connection that didn’t feel ‘forced’

Cons:

The $30 an hour late check out cost is price gouging .. c’mon people .. you let yourself down.. turn it around and make it a positive .. easily done :)

Stay was up to expectations and will be repeated
Pros:

Location is spot on. Very good set up for myself as I am an amputee and was given an room with good accessibility. Porter was great and gave us superb assistance checking in and out
Coffee ? The jury is still out on that one, although maccona great choice for instant.nil

Cons:

Less expensive snacks and mini bar.

Cons:

The restaurant food was expensive for the quality and the selection of wines by the glass restricted.

The coffee machine in my room did not work and despite a promise to do so, it was not replaced. Although I did get a complementary coffee from the coffee shop. Unfortunately, I had a lot of work to do in my room and the absence of coffee on hand was frustrating.

The delayed check out fee was a bit steep and the inability to extend beyond 1800 was restrictive.

That said its a good hotel in a lovely setting well placed for flights.

Perfect location for transition to or from airport.
Pros:

Perfect location for shuttle to and from City Center. Convinent for International and Domestic terminals.. Staff were very helpful and friendly. breakfast buffet was culturally varied.

The Pullman is close and an easy walk with luggage, from the International Terminal.
Pros:

Location, modern,excellent beds, shower and a separate toilet
