Stay was ok.
Pros:

There needs to be a receptionist at the property to help guests. Most of the guests were confused because there were to many complications to access their rooms. I had to help four families who was not able to access their access codes. Please do better in this area of customer service.

Pros:

Muito bem localizado, menos de 5 minutos da estação de trem de Glattbrugg. Com muita opção de cafes, restaurantes e supermercados perto. Uma ótima academia com esteiras de corrida, bicicletas e um aparelho de musculação bem completo

O banheiro era muito pequeno e com vidro virado para a cama. De noite a luz incomodava um pouco

Ровно в 10 утра звонят дверь чтоб освободить номер . Нет раздельных кроватей ,только одна кровать на 140см
Хаммам и сауна не очень сильно греет

Pros:

Stayed for a week in the middle of May. We booked it primarily due to the proximity of the train station. The rooms are small, but had a stovetop, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.
The bed was okay.

Cons:

Functioning dryers in the large laundry room.

During our stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS Glattbrugg, we had the pleasure of being served by Stella Rama from the Breakfast Department and her exceptional hospitality truly enhanced our experience.

Stella was always polite, welcoming, and attentive. From the very beginning, she understood our dietary requirements as vegetarians and went out of her way to ensure that suitable breakfast options were available for us.

She was consistently helpful, always greeting guests with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Her dedication to customer service was evident in every interaction. In addition, she prepared fantastic cappuccinos and delicious hot chocolates that we looked forward to every morning.

Stella's kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression on us. We would like to sincerely thank her for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. She is a valuable asset to VISIONAPARTMENTS Glattbrugg, and we highly commend her outstanding service.

Cons:

While the apartment itself was comfortable, our arrival experience was disappointing.

We had informed VISIONAPARTMENTS in advance that we would arrive around 10:00 PM. However, when we reached the property, there was no one available at the reception desk. More concerning was that we had not received any digital information regarding our room allocation or the entry/access codes required for self-check-in.

We tried calling the property using a local phone number, but no one answered. As a result, we were left stranded after a long journey and had to send multiple emails before finally receiving the information needed to access our room.

I personally did not like the self-check-in concept in this situation. When traveling from another country, often with language barriers and limited local connectivity, it is important to have someone available to assist guests or at least provide reliable support channels. Arriving late at night without clear instructions or a reachable contact person created unnecessary stress and frustration.

I would recommend that VISIONAPARTMENTS improve its communication process and ensure that guests receive all check-in details well before arrival, especially when no staff are present on-site.

Sehr zentral und sauber

Cons:

Kissen müssen unbedingt getauscht werden. Klimaanlage kühlt nicht und Gardinen verdunkeln nicht ausreichend. Insgesamt modern aber es war definitiv nicht bequem. Würde ich nicht wieder wählen, trotz des guten Preises.

because there are no staff in the office at night, and only an access code is needed to get inside the building, many strange people walk around, walk through floors, smoke cannabis, sleep on the entrance sofas and behave strangely.

Parcarea este un gunoi am platit 50 Franch pentru 2 zile si bariera este blocata mereu când o folosești. Spune ca parcare e privata abiai când ajungi acolo.si foarte mulți bani pentru o zi de parcare.
