Wohlfühlhotel mit schöner Seesicht
Pros:

Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine Wohnung mit Seesicht erhalten. Die Ausstattung war modern und qualitativ hochstehend (es gab sogar einen Dyson Haarfön). Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wurden Eierspeisen à la minute zubereitet. Die pochierten Eier waren der Hit!

Staff were so lovely. Room and view was spectacular. Location is perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable (for us but everyone's taste is different). We didnt use it but seems unrealistic to charge to use kitchen facilities if you book and apartment.

Neues Hotel an zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof Arosa entfernt gelegen. Im Umkreis von wenigen Gehminuten hat man viele wichtige Punkte Arosas vom Hotel aus erreicht (Supermärkte, Seilbahn, Bushaltestelle, Restaurants, Eishalle, ...). Das Hotel ist noch relativ neu und entsprechend sind die Zimmer modern, stilvoll und auch sehr sauber gehalten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Frühstück wird im Restaurant eingenommen und war relativ reichhaltig mit hochwertigen Zutaten.

Cons:

Die Bettdecken waren für die Jahreszeit etwas zu dick und damit zu warm, aber das ist sehr individuell.

Der Hitze im Unterland entfliehen ins herrlich angenehm temperierte Arosa

Das ausserordentlich freundliche zuvorkommende Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant.
Die ausserordentlich feudal eingerichteten Suitezimmer samt Küchenzeile und Kaffemaschine, dazu haben wir für beide gebuchten Doppelzimmer ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten in je zwei Zweizimmersuiten mit Seeblick. Super Lage am Obersee, direkt neben dem Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle, und zwei Skibahnen gleich hinter dem Haus.
Sehr schönes spa mit herrlichen massagedüsen im grossen Whirlpool. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Wie waren begeistert und freuen uns bereits auf ein nächstes Mal!

Cons:

Kinder dürfen SPA zwischen 16-18 Uhr benutzen. Passt irgendwie nicht ins Konzept mit dem kleinen Whirlpool-Bassin, das zur Entspannung gedacht ist.
Es kam eine 6-köpfige ultraorthodoxe Familie hinein, die alle voll bekleidet im Saunabereich herumsassen, was sehr irritierend war. Ein 10-jähriges Mädchen dieser Familie badete voll bekleidet mit langem Rock und langer Bluse.
Ein Grund, das SPA vorzeitig zu verlassen.
Das Restaurant hat eine sehr kleine Speisekarte, wenn man a la carte essen möchte. So sind wir auf andere Restaurants ausgewichen abends.
