Pros:

Está a las afueras de Zurich, con lo que se agradece teniendo en cuenta el tráfico y los precios de la ciudad. La habitación era amplia, con camas muy cómodas. El desayuno era fantástico y muy completo. Tenía un garage amplio. El personal de recepción fue muy amable.

I had a fantastic sleep. very nice staff.

Cons:

Upon arrival in room 611 the previous guest smoked in the bathroom. but staff was very kind and we moved to another room 618 immediately

Pros:

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, lo staff molto accogliente, le camere pulite e dotate di tutti gli facilitazioni, letti comodissimi, la posizione comoda vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Da ritornarci sicuramente!

Um diesen Preis gibt es das nur mehr in der Schweiz ...
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, das sich nach Kräften bemüht, die offensichtlichen Mängel im Konzept dieses Hotels auszugleichen.
Problemloser Check-in. Tipp: Gleich in die TG fahren und erst danach zur Rezeption. Das Hotel kommuniziert nicht, dass es praktisch keine Parkplätze für den Check-in gibt.
Gute Betten, vernünftige Schallisolierung, große Parkplätze in der TG

Cons:

Anspruch und Realität passen oft nicht zusammen:
- am Beginn wird man gleich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer nur alle drei Tage gereinigt wird. O.k. Um CHF 225.-/Nacht ist man schließlich in einem Niedrigpreishotel ...
Nur passt die Kommunikation im Unternehmen offenbar nicht, denn bereits am ersten Tag platzt das Housekeeping zu ungünstigster Gelegenheit ins Zimmer
- an der Bar wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass für alle Produkte Selbstbedienung vorgesehen ist. O.k., siehe oben. Nur ist dafür nichts eingerichtet (wie soll ich mir selbst ein kleines Bier zapfen und dann aufs Zimmer schreiben???) und letztlich muss dann doch wieder das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal alles übernehmen
- Das Vorhandensein von Ladestationen in der TG ist schön - für Nichtschweizer aber höchst umständlich (keine großen Ladeanbieter wie ENBW, Charging Solutions oder Tesla, keine Kreditkartenfreigabe aufgrund eines extrem unsicheren freien WLAN's) oder unverschämt teuer mit Hotelladekarte (CHF 30.- pauschaler Aufpreis auf die CHF 20.-, die man ohnehin für die TG bezahlt, auch wenn man nur wenig lädt). Es nervt, wenn das nicht so mühelos wie überall funktioniert und man dafür unnötig Freizeit verbraucht
Tipp: Im Umkreis des Hotels gibt es Ladestationen, die ganz normal funktionieren, jeden Service anbieten und zugleich viel günstiger sind)
- Tiefgarage hat zu wenig Stellplätze. Wenn man abends nach dem Ausgehen ins Hotel kommt, ist nicht sicher, dass man einen Parkplatz findet - obwohl man dafür bezahlt hat
- Die Produkte für das Frühstück sind teilweise von sehr geringer Qualität - die Croissants stauben aus den Ohren und beim Kaffee ist nicht ganz klar, was da wie geröstet wurde
