De cara com o lago e com muito estilo unico!
Pros:

Gostei mais dos funcionarios e do estilo do hotel, com madeiras, como uma cabana e quadros e estilo bem campestre. Alem disso é de cara com o lago, excelente!

Great vacation stay
Pros:

A very cozy stay. The staff was nice and showed us some recommendations around Interlaken. The breakfast was exceptional with many choices. I personally enjoyed the always available complimentary apples :)

The room was facing Brienzersee, and the view was just how I imagined Switzerland should be looking like.

The hotel is on the other side of Ringgenberg station, so there’s a 6-7 min walk. The neighborhood is safe in the evening, and we walked multiple times from the train station after sunset.

Cons:

Très déçus par notre séjour.

L’eau chaude de la douche mettait près de 10 minutes à arriver, ce qui est franchement problématique. La fixation de la douche était cassée et l’isolation phonique est très mauvaise : nous entendions pratiquement tous les déplacements et bruits des voisins.

La mention « vue partielle sur le lac » est également à relativiser : la vue est en partie masquée et la voie ferrée située derrière l’hôtel est très présente.

Enfin, nous avons trouvé le patron particulièrement désagréable, hautain et peu accueillant, ce qui a malheureusement renforcé notre mauvaise impression.

Au vu du prix et des prestations annoncées, nous attendions nettement mieux ! Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel !!

Hotel molt tranquil i acollidor
Pros:

L'atenció dels propietaris millor impossible.
L'hotel està just davant del llac, amb vistes increïbles, en un poblet molt tranquil i molt a prop d'interlaken.
Tot l'hotel en general molt ben decorat i fins i tot amb sons d'ocells de fons.
Hi ha galetes i fruita que pots agafar quan necessitis. I aigua gratuïta, fins i tot ampolles d'aigua fresca en una nevera.
També té una petita sala on es pot planxar la roba!!
En definitiva, genial!!

Pros:

We loved this sweet little place. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved that the location was away from the hustle and bustle but easy to catch a bus or train to where we needed to go.
