Pleasant stay. Great staff.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Friendly and accommodating.
Great views of the lake. Breakfast was delicious. Great location and easy walk into town or bus. Quite steep on the way back though!!

Cons:

No air conditioning. Hard to find Air conditioned rooms in Lucerne.
Staff did their best to accommodate us with fans and ice. We arrived during a heatwave which we did not expect during late June.
Rooms were quite small.
Bathrooms a bit pokey.

If you want a 10/10 stay in Lucerne definitely recommend this place and getting a balcony facing Lucerne!
Pros:

Everything was AMAZING! Highly recommend staying here! Was very clean and had the most amazing view of Lucerne! The walk to old town was 15ish minutes and it was a BEAUTIFUL scenic walk through the lakeside promenade we couldn’t have dreamed it better. The staff there were also so amazing and super helpful! We loved Bangin Salih he was so nice and helpful! We will definitely be coming back and staying there again!!

Pros:

I liked the property because of the staff- welcoming and accommodating.
Breakfast is good, provided us with specialty coffee from machine.

Cons:

It could be a comfortable stay if we were provided with a fan or portable ac. The room was hot, there was a ? looked like a dehumidifier which gave off warm air.

Stay for the view if you can handle the climb.
Pros:

Beautiful view if you get lakeside. Portable AC unit was adequate. Breakfast was abundant. Near lake walk access to town.

Cons:

Steep, long uphill climb, then stairs. No parking. Don’t stay if you have mobility issues, the climb is awful, especially in the record heatwave. They really need a golf cart shuttle. Our room was painted an ugly gold brown.

Lack of air conditioning. There was a fan, but it was only blowing warm air. Take into consideration that I was there during a heat wave.

Lovely hotel with a stunning view
Pros:

Stunning view, lovely room. It was really magical to look out over the lake, definitely a special room and experience.

Cons:

Really pushed the breakfast and sort of implied it was hard to get food for cheaper, which just isn't accurate. It was more expensive compared to other rooms we had in Switzerland with views.

The elevators are very small, and there is no shuttle or pickup service from the bottom of the hill. Since the accommodation is located on a steep hill, I had to carry my luggage all the way up myself, which was quite difficult. The property would be much more convenient if they offered a pickup service from the bottom of the hill, especially for guests with heavy luggage.
