KeinKühlschrank, kein Safe, keine Spiegeleier, kein Laktose freier Yokurt- trotz Vorbestellung und Rückbestätigung.
Der absolute -negative- Höhepunkt:
In der Halbzeit des EM -Spiels England-Kroatien um 23:00 Uhr! Wurde der große Fernseher abgeschaltet und die Bar geschlossen! Ich dachte immer in der Schweiz werden um 24:00 Uhr „die Bürgersteige hochgeklappt“. Das stimmt nicht - sondern schon um 23:00 Uhr.

We had a wonderful time in Lucerne. It is one of the most if not the most Beautiful places ever!
Pros:

Location, location, location! The view from our room and the dining room was beyond spectacular! The manager went above and beyond to accommodate us when one of our rooms that we had booked was canceled for some some reason. He and the staff were all very accommodating and kind.

Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Royal hôtel de Lucerne. On peut dire que l'accueil est royal. La décoration de l'hôtel est très recherchée. La vue sur le lac depuis le balcon est magique. Il est possible de rejoindre la vieille ville à pied ou en transport en commun gratuit (l'hôtel fournit un titre de transport). Le petit déjeuner vaut vraiment le coup.

The view was incredible but location is fine but the street leading up to the hotel is uphill.

Pros:

It was quite amazing. The man at the front desk office manager was really nice. He gave good guide about what all things we could do in Luzern and areas around, travel guide and good description about our stay. He really made us feel comfortable and was very amazing person in nature. Would love to travel again to this hotel in future.

De fantastische ligging. En de koffie-en theefaciliteiten op de kamer.

Cons:

De kamers zijn erg gehorig. En geen airco aanwezig. Dit was niet erg gezien de aangename temperatuur in de avond. Maar bij zomerse temperaturen is het denk ik bloedheet op de kamer.

Dreamy views, with great staff, convenient location to access public transport, and a lovely breakfast offering.
Pros:

Beautiful spaces all around the hotel. Absolutely breathtaking views! Clean, neat rooms. Lovely staff. Bangin Salih was so helpful and friendly at check-in and assisted us with all our queries. Loved the selection at breakfast.

Cons:

Not related to the property- only found out about there being a bus-stop that’s an easier walk to the hotel on our check-out day. Be sure to ask front desk staff about the bus-stop that isn’t Casino-Palace to access the hotel. It will make a difference especially in summer months.

市街地がある場所から少し離れた坂の上にあるホテルで、ホテルの窓からピラトゥスクルムを見ることができ、非常に綺麗だった。
朝食のブッフェは種類豊富であり、とてもおいしかった。

Cons:

部屋についているドライヤーのスイッチが入りにくかった点。

Allt var perfekt och vi fick ett hörnrum med två balkonger. En underbar vistelse i vackra Lucern! Vi rekommenderar verkligen denna pärla.

Der Herr an der Reception beim Check-in war überaus zuvorkommend. Selten so eine nette, geduldige Person getroffen. Er hat bei mir einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Vielen Dank!
Wir bekamen einfach so ein Zimmer-Upgrade. Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick. 🤩
