⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Memorable Stay with Breathtaking Views and Exceptional Service!
Pros:

Marvellous Panoramic Views: The absolute crown jewel of this hotel is the stunning, panoramic view of Lake Lucerne. Waking up to that scenery every day was truly unforgettable.
Exceptional Staff (Special thanks to Mr. Bangin Salih!): The service here is top-notch. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, but we want to give a special, heartfelt thank you to Mr. Bangin Salih. He was immensely cooperative, went above and beyond to facilitate our stay, and made us feel right at home. His hospitality truly made our trip extra special!
Perfect Location: The hotel is ideally situated. It is incredibly close to public transportation and just a short distance from the vibrant city centre, making exploring Luzern seamless and convenient.

Cons:

The only minor downside is that you may need to walk up quite a few stairs to reach the hotel from the street level. It’s a bit of a workout, but we found that the incredible view at the top was worth every single step!

Mein Lieblingshotel in Luzern
Pros:

Die Aussicht vom Hotel ist einfach super! Die Lage ist echt ruhig und perfekt. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und seh professionell. Und das Frühstück ist auch toll.
Ich komme immer gerne wieder und übernachte dort, wenn ich in Luzern bin.

Cons:

Die Zimmer und Bäder sind leider etwas älter, aber sie sind gut gepflegt.

Einfach nur herrlich!
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach hervorragend! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber, haben einen wunderschönen Ausblick und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.
Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir an Herrn Salih aussprechen. So einen freundlichen, professionellen und engagierten Mitarbeiter erlebt man wirklich selten. Dank seiner positiven Art wurde unser Aufenthalt noch viel schöner und persönlicher.
Man merkt sofort, dass Herr Salih seine Arbeit mit Leidenschaft macht und großen Wert darauf legt, dass sich die Gäste rundum wohlfühlen. Für diesen außergewöhnlichen Service möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken.

Très bel établissement, propre, calme et bien situé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville.
Pros:

La qualité de l’accueil , la réception . Nous avions eu un problème de réservation, mais l’établissement a été souple et adaptable pour nous trouver une solution en changeant la chambre réservée pour une chambre avec vue sur le lac, donc pleinement satisfaits. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien. L ensemble du personnel très aimable et attentionné. Je recommande.

Excelente ubicación. Habitaciones muy bien decoradas, con una gran vista a ambos lados, la ciudad de forma panorámica y el barrio. Excelente atención del personal del hotel; Elena es maravillosa. El lobby y la terraza muy acogedoras

Bett war bequem. Aussicht Seeseite super. Personal freundlich.

Cons:

TV ist kleiner als in irgen nem Camper. Passt halt nicht mehr zu unserer Zeit. Auch smart Funktion wäre nett. Und das frühstück buffed ist eher mau. Also für den Preis pro Nacht erwarte ich mehr.
