Ok because of the young man
Pros:

Old style and the young man at reception and bar was very friendly and efficient !
Breakfast good !

Heerlijk rustige plek voor een kort verblijf
Pros:

Rustig gelegen. Gastvrij ontvangst. Mooie wandelroute richting het oude centrum. Prima kamer met mooi uitzicht op het meer!

Doppelzimmer Deluxe gebucht, Balkonaussicht war traumhaft
Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Balkone … bei der Hitze konnten wir uns dadurch Luftzug machen.
Beim Frühstück gab es eine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer, ohne Kühlschrank, Badewanne mit Duschvorhang (Altbau)

Great location, clean rooms, and excellent service. We especially appreciated the umbrellas provided on rainy days—they saved our travel plans!

Pros:

La camera è arredata con gusto e in un bel l’edificio con un certo charme d’epoca. C’è stato un problema con la serratura e nell’attesa la receptionist ci ha offerto un drink di benvenuto. Bello il balconcino della camera con vista lago da cui sorseggiare un caffè o una tisana.

Cons:

L’Altstadt è raggiungibile a piedi, ma con una camminata di oltre venti minuti, l’albergo non è propriamente vicino al centro quindi. In una a struttura a quattro stelle e per il costo pagato, mi aspetto il condizionatore in camera e non semplici ventilatori. Ci è stato consigliato di parcheggiare al Casinò garage, ma abbiamo finito per spendere di più del costo di 35 CHF del parcheggio dell’hotel e comunque avremmo potuto usufruire gratuitamente del parcheggio in strada, considerando gli orari.

Gute Lage im schönen Luzern.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Nach kurzem Fußweg, ist man bereits in der Altstadt.
Der Herr an der Rezeption, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gab keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, weshalb die Nacht, nach einem sehr heißen Tag, sehr unangenehm war.

The hotel is lovey. Our room had a balcony with lovely views of the lake and the mountains.

It was further from the Old Town than I had expected and required climbing a steep hill. It was a fair distance from bars and restaurants.

Pros:

位置很好，就在文华东方背后，属于二线湖景。我住的楼层不高，看到一些房顶，但这个价格能有这个风景，性价比还是很高。在湖景中醒来，太美好了。

Cons:

google map导航的路线是一个大长楼梯，其实有一个比较绕行的斜坡。带行李上去十分累。而且酒店入口也是楼梯，没有“无障碍路线”，拉大行李箱的慎重考虑。厕所有点小，也没有空调，下过雨开着门倒也不热。供参考。不过看到如此风景，累一点也值得。
