Ich hatte sehr kurzfristig das erstbeste Hotel mit freien Zimmern mit schönem Seeblick gebucht, und war außerordentlich positiv überrascht. Normalerweise wähle ich ganz andere Hotelstile, dieser wirkte in sich sehr stimmig. Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum hatten eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Das Personal habe ich als außergewöhnlich freundlich und aktiv hilfsbereit erlebt, vom Front Desk Manager (Bangin Salih) bis zur Praktikantin und zum Room Service. Die Freundlichkeit wirkte echt, nicht gespielt. Sie haben wirklich alles dazu getan, meinen Aufenthalt positiv zu gestalten. Danke!
Ansonsten ist natürlich der Seeblick ein Traum, die ruhige Lage bei trotzdem (relativer) Zentrumsnähe.
Mein Zimmer hatte sogar Seeblick von der Dusche aus!
Und dafür, dass ich sehr kurzfristig, während der Hochsaison, gebucht habe, war der Preis wirklich okay (Natürlich kann man nicht erwarten, in einer von Touristen überfluteten Stadt kurzfristig Hostelpreise zu bekommen. Oder 5 Sterne Standard im 3 Sterne Hotel. Wobei der Seeblick von der Dusche aus (Zimmer 6) wirklich was hatte!).
Ein Abend-Restaurant im Hotel selbst wäre optimal gewesen, es gab aber eine Empfehlungsliste.
In der zweiten Nacht hatte ich recht laute Nachbarn.
Die im Zimmer vorhandenen Kopfkissen waren nicht optimal für mich, da würde ich beim nächsten Besuch ein eigenes mitbringen.

The balcony views were great. Everything was clean.
Breakfast was pretty basic, eggs were powdered when the picture shows an omelette station. Would not buy the breakfast again. There is no AC in the rooms. We had a small portable unit that may have cooled at one point but was so loud when you hit the cool button it wasn’t worth it. We slept without covers and managed but if AC is important to you I would look elsewhere.

Price is correct according to Swiss hotel prices ( however a bit expensive). I highly recomend the hotel. Teas are great!
No fridge in the room. I needed assistance to keep my medication cold, staff was helpful.

Our room was next to the elevator. We had no Air-con, but I kind of Aircon unit that had no water in it. It took us a night to work it out. Our room was very hot even though it wasn’t the hottest day of the year. Lack of plugs in the room. Hotel appeared to be run by interns.
The comfortable and spacious room, the helpful staff, the lovely decor and soft music. The location is walking distance from all the sights and is also very quiet.
The breakfast was a bit expensive, the coffee machine difficult to navigate and and lack of good gluten free options.

The lady in reception was amazing
The location and view from this property exceeded my expectations. Having booked a Lakeview, the views were stunning. It would've been easy just to sit on the balcony all day long taking in the view. The staff was super helpful, very friendly and spoke multiple languages as often is the case in Europe.
