Ci aspettavamo tanto da questo hotel anche perché è una bella struttura e le camere sono moderne… ma purtroppo i servizi che ci sono stati offerti non erano per niente funzionali, partendo dalle macchinette del caffè, ai telecomandi per le luci, alle prese per attaccare l’asciuga capelli in bagno. Una mattina la mia ragazza era uscita per le 11 convinta che andassero le inservienti a pulire la camera o per lo meno a cambiare gli asciugamani… ma quando siamo rientrati oltre a trovare la camera ancora come la mattina abbiamo ritrovato la signora sdraiata su un letto della camera affianco con il telefono in mano… noi abbiamo anche mangiato fuori dalla stanza e gliel’abbiamo lasciata aperta per farle capire che doveva essere sistemata, ma la signora ha continuato a farsi gli affari suoi ed è venuta fuori a fumarsi una sigaretta… quando ce ne siamo andati e gli abbiamo richiesto la gentilezza di pulire lei ha avuto il coraggio di dire “se avete il cartello fuori la stanza io non entro a controllare” (sul cartello c’era scritto in verde clean up the room) dunque al nostro ritorno il cestino non era stato svuotato il letto era stato rifatto male sembrava che lo avesse fatto tanto per e inoltre il giorno dopo nessuno si è presentato… ho dovuto sistemare io per quel che potevo. Per quanto riguarda le altre 2 inservienti con i capelli scuri sono state disponibili il resto dei giorni ma purtroppo è stato un soggiorno pessimo

Hat gut gepasst.
Pros:

Sehr sauber. Alles da was man braucht. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr leise, trotz Lage am Bahnhof und Lokal im Erdgeschoss.

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage, daher im Sommer sehr warm zum Schlafen. Aufgrund der Lage am Bahnhof kann man die Fenster schlecht offen lassen. Wlan funktioniert im Zimmer eher schlecht. Am Gang problemlos.
