Pros:

It is right infront of the train station and a store which is very convenient. The breakfast is small but good and the staff are kind and very helpful. The rooms are fairly sized and comfortable.

Cons:

If you come with a car, the parking garage is hard to get out of in my opinion just because of the narrow spiral exit.

Overall I was pleased from my staying and will come back again
Pros:

Great location, very clean and comfortable, the staff was kind, good breakfast.

Cons:

- No hangers in the shower room, except for something inside the shower area, which is not useful while you are taking a shower...
- The staff won't make up your room unless you hang a request on the doorknob of the room.

Una semana hermosa en Horgen.
Pros:

El desayuno es espectacular. Lo mismo la ubicacion el hotel, frente a la estacion Horgen y al lago, a pocos metros del centro donde hay comercios muy lindos. Hermoso para caminar toda la zona. La atencion del personal de la recepcion es superlativa.

Cons:

Nada. Espero volver a Zurich para hospedarme en este hotel.

Schönes, modernes Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück und guter Lage. Würden wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr sauber. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen und das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Wir sind mit zwei Motorrädern angereist und konnten diese in der Tiefgarage sicher abstellen. Ein Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Der Tiefgaragenplatz kostet 15 CHF pro Tag und sollte am besten vorher reserviert werden.

Dane beim Check- in war etwas unterkühlt. Hier wäre ein bisschen mehr Freundlichkeit schön gewesen.

Pros:

This is a very cozy hotel with an extremely convenient location, close to the train station. The lake is also within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy a lovely stroll along the waterfront.

The hotel itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent, which is especially important for a good night’s sleep.

My only regret is that I did not have enough time to stay longer. I would have happily spent several more days there.

The breakfasts were also delicious, and having a restaurant in the same building where we could enjoy dinner was another great advantage. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly return.
