It is not a Spa and Wellness resort
Pros:

The team is friendly, location is beautiful

Cons:

The facilities are very old. There is not really a Spa and wellness, only one Sauna room!

Hôtel 4* surfait : n'a d'étoiles que par son nom, mais pas par son service proposé.
Pros:

A proximité d'Interlaken et des Alpes bernoises.
Magnifique vue depuis la chambre.
Petit déjeuner buffet correct.
Personnel agréable, mais parlant pas tous le français à la réception.

Cons:

Restaurant de l'hôtel fermé (connu pour une longue durée), mais nullement annoncé sur le site, ni même sur place (encore de la pub pour des menus).
Magnifique terrasse, mais aucun mobilier (chaises, tables, chaises longues) à disposition des clients.
Bar de l'hôtel se résume à un frigo dans le hall d'entrée avec quelques boissons.
Sauna à disposition doit être allumé en avance, bain d'eau froide pas disponible.
Prix ne valant pas les étoiles mentionnées.
Essayé, testé, mais très déçu.

Excellent stay for us. The location and view of the hotel justified the brand of Switzerland
Pros:

The location is just excellent. The view from the hotel is mesmerizing, All top 3 mountains are visible from the hotel rooms including the majestic Jungfurchau. The breakfast was really good, the staff were relaxed helpful and all English speakers. We are relaxed thankful to Mr. Gelson and Mr. Cruz for their extra care.

Cons:

The pillows were extra soft, that is something can be changed.

Parfait pour un séjour de 3 ou 4 jours. Voiture indispensable. On a adoré le lieu, très content de notre chambre.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal face au lac et aux glaciers. Vaste chambre avec balcon. Très propre. Personne sympathique. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Espace sauna non utilisé mais semble très bien.

Cons:

Décoration passée, dans son jus des années 90, pas de SPA. Pas de restaurant à proximité.

Ruhiger, fast einsamer Ort mit phantastischer Sicht zu den 4tausendern des Berneroberlands
Pros:

Die Lage mit Sicht zu Eiger, Mönch und Jungfrau ist phänomenal. Kein Baum, kein Gebäude beeinträchtigt die Sicht! Im Garten vor dem Haus lässt einen auch den Sternenhimmel bestaunen.
Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist umfassend: Von
- Müesli über
- Brot/Zopf mit den üblichen Aufstrichen aber auch Fleisch und Käse zu
- Ei-Variationen bis hin zu
- fernöstlichen Bedürfnissen
gibt es für jeden etwas.

Cons:

Der Hotelgarten würde eigentlich für einen Apéro oder wenigstens ein Bierchen einladen. Aber es gibt keinen Restaurations-Betrieb und und keine Stühle und Tische um beispielsweise das Einnachten zu verfolgen. Das ist schade.
Es gibt zwei drei Plastik-Liegen ohne Polster, die einsam im Garten stehen.
Trotzdem: Eine Schaukel für ein Erinnerungsphoto hängt von einem Baum...

Lovely place. Amazing views from the balcony. Great breakfast. Supper recommended.
I recommend the lake and mountain view rooms which is really amazing and one's of the best views in Switzerland.
So you can really enjoy the sunset at the jungfrau, eiger and monch.

208호 머물렀는데 , 정말 뷰가 환상적입니다
아이거 묀히 융프라우호 세 봉우리와 퉁호수를 매일 감상할 수 있어요
그리고 베드, 침구가 너무 좋았어요 . 방이 좀 작지만 동선이 편하게 배치가 잘되어 있고 테라스가 넓습니다 . 그리고 매우 청결합니다 . 마지막 날밤 별이 쏟아지는 밤 . 태어나서 그런 별들의 향연은 첨 봤네요
