It was nice
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel and the view was amazing, the staff was really friendly and helpfull. It was a clean hotel furthermore the breakfast was really good.

Cons:

We didn't have warm water the first two days as they didn't have fuel in the generator. This was a disappointment and you do not expect this from a 4 start resort

Ficamos no hotel Beatenberg Hotel por duas noites. O hotel é maravilhoso, a vista é simplesmente incrível, com vista para as montanhas e lago, sem contar o café da manhã completo. Além disso, o atendimento que recebemos durante a nossa estadia foi mais que excelente! Com destaque especial para a Samira e o Cruz, que foram above and beyond para que tivéssemos a melhor estadia possível.
Foi nossa primeira vez no hotel e na Suíça, mas com certeza já queremos voltar! Indico o hotel a todos que queiram ter uma experiência incrível em Interlaken 🤍

Amazing stay!
Pros:

First of all, the staff was amazing and very accommodating. The view from our room is so beautiful and wonderful! Seeing the lake and mountains are so enchanting!

Cons:

We stayed 5 nights, it's falafel and baked beans every morning. Try changing and updating the breakfast menu. Still, expectations are met with hot and warm food.

Amazing view, easy access. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Pillows must be 15 years old, beds are very noisy, paper thin walls, deck chairs were falling apart and deck table was rusty.

Perfect stay, great location with amazing view and nice staff.
Pros:

The staff are extremely nice and friendly. Especially Cruz , Melina and Samira are really nice and helpful

Cons:

There is nothing much to dislike but the buses from hotel to Interlaken waiting times are sometimes one hour.

Pros:

The stay was so wonderfull.. It was defently my best place ever as a single. The view is incredebie as a hiker there are so many trails around . The village is quite to compare with others around. All of the stuff are wonderfull lovely and kind people. The hotel is so charming with the spa and everything . I will defently come back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A beautiful and relaxing stay with amazing views and exceptional hospitality.
Pros:

Amazing location with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Samira, Gelson, and Cruz, who made us feel very welcome and supported during our stay. The bus connection to Interlaken was very convenient, and we also loved relaxing in the warm sauna after days exploring Switzerland.

Cons:

Honestly, very little. The only thing I would improve is adding a bit more variety to the breakfast options, but overall everything was great.

Beautiful views and relaxing area
Pros:

The location of the hotel is amazing. We had a room with a balcony and the view towards the mountains and the lake was breathtaking. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a big selection and was delicious. In front of the hotel is a bus stop which is amazing to reach Interlaken to explore the region.
