Good price/quality
Pros:

The view is stunning. Wonderful staff, hygiene was good as well. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The bedding is horrible and the building is extremely noisy. Better bring some earplugs if you want to get some rest.

Der ganze Staff konnte kein Deutsch und konnte leider auch keine Auskunft über die Wanderungen gleich ausserhalb des Hotels machen. Das Personal hatte keine Ahnung von der Umgebung und leider auch nicht wie man sich Gegenüber den Gästen benimmt.
Schönes, altes Hotel aber leider fehlt der Spirit. Es hat keine Raucher Aerea auf dem Ganzen Gelände, auch nicht auf deinem Balkon (Auch wurde überall mit einer Busse von 1500fr. gedroht) Wir mussten immer zum Dorfplatz laufen weil Rauchende Gäste nicht Willkommen sind. Der Park draussen wunderschön, aber leider bewohnen diesen nur Geister. Auch keine Spa Anlage vorhanden, wie das Hotel in seinem kurzanleitung beschreibt, sondern nur Sauna.

Die Aussicht war/ist unglaublich schön!
Ich fand es auch schön, dass es ein älteres Haus mit Geschichte ist.
Melina und Herr Garcia waren aber sehr professionell, freundlich und kulant, dass ich mit meinen Sohn frühzeitig gehen wollte.

Cons:

Das Angebot, welches angepriesen wurde, war nicht erfüllt.
Das Restaurant war geschlossen, Schwimmbecken war ausser Betrieb, der Whirlpool oder Kaltwasserbecken (da waren sich die Angestellten auch nicht einig) defekt. Der Gartenbereich ungepflegt und Standards (Hygiene, Ausstattung) im Zimmer mangelhaft.
Kein Tresor, Minibar, bzw. Kühlschrank oder Zahnputzgläser vorhanden.

Lage Top, alles andere leider enttäuschend
Pros:

Gefallen hat mir vor allem die Top Lage mit atemberaubendem Blick. Der Check in war super angenehm. Die junge Dame war super nett!

Cons:

Leider knartscht das Bett bei jeder Bewegung, dadurch wird man in der Nacht jedes Mal wach wenn man sich umdreht.

Zudem muss man 100CHF oder seinen Ausweis als Kaution hingerlegen… für was???

Frühstück auch eher enttäuschend, trockenes Brot und nur eine Auswahl Brötchen.

Der check out war allerdings das schlimmste… der Herr hinter der Rezeption sprach kein einziges Wort mit mir und gab mir nur meinen Ausweis wieder und sagte „tschüss“…. Kein „wie war ihr Aufenthalt?“ „Ich hoffe ihnen hat alles gefallen“ „Gute Reise“ garnichts.. nur ein „tschüss“

Hier bezahlt man also nur für die Lage. Alles andere bekommt man in Interlaken in besserer Qualität!

Beyond my expectations
Pros:

This was one of the rare stays that was better than the pictures. The staff was exceptionally kind, warming and welcoming. The instant I walked in I was warmly welcomed and felt at home. The property was well maintained. Great breakfast, amazing views from my balcony.

Meine schrecklichste Hotelerfahrung!

Einzig die Aussicht!

Cons:

Hier ist alles fake! Wellness gibt es keine mehr oder nur gegen Aufpreis und Anfrage. Das Restaurant gibt es nicht mehr, dafür gibt es einen Zimmerservice mit billigen Microwellen-Snacks. Wir mussten eine Kaution von CHF100 pro Zimmer hinterlegen!! Soetwas habe ich noch nie gesehen!

Knusse mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht
Pros:

Het uitzicht was perfect , er was een Nederlands sprekende receptionist jeroen, zeer vriendelijk en had goede tips.

Cons:

De mogelijkheid tot avond eten, de bistro was beperkt, duur en niet voldoende na een stevige wandeling . verder geen andere mogelijkheden in de buurt voor een goede avond maaltijd.
