Pros:

Der Ausblick auf den See ist schön, man muss ca20 Minuten mit dem Bus von Interlaken aus nach oben fahren. Die Busse kommen meistens alle halbe Stunde, für mich war es gut machbar. Mit der kostenlosen Gästekarte, die man bekommt, muss man auch nichts bezahlen.
Die Saunen sind innen neu, (der Saunabereich an sich nicht).
Ich habe glutenfreie Brötchen bekommen.
Die Sauna wurde auf Nachfrage immer sofort angestellt. Ausreichend Handtücher etc vorhanden.
Das Bett war klein, aber weich (vlt etwas durchgelegen) was für mich aber bequem war.
Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher im Zimmer.
Der Personal ist sehr nett.
Dusche wurde vor kurzen saniert und hatte neue Fugen und eine neuen Innenverkleidung.

Cons:

Ich weiß nicht genau, was dieses "Hotel" darstellen will und wo die Reise hingehen soll. Es wurden einige wenige Sachen renoviert zB die Saunen und das Dampfbad. Der Liegebereich hingegen wurde mit Stühlen ausgestattet, die billig und absolut unbequem sind. Außerdem ist der Liegebereich mit den Auflagen nur im Spabereich(Massagenbereich etc) nicht bei den Saunen. Der Bereich ist ungemütlich, hat nur 4 Stühle und ist dreckig. Mehrere tote Motten etc lagen am Boden, eine Woche lang die selben Schuhabdrücke/tote Insekten etc an der selben Stelle. Geputzt wurde hier weder während meines Aufenthalts, noch davor. Fenster sind auch lange nicht geputzt worden. Das ist in einem Hotel, das vorgibt 4 Sterne zu haben absolut untragbar.
Es gibt wenige Mitarbeiter. Jeder macht hier fast alles, von putzen über Frühstück bis hin zu Rezeption.
Mein Zimmer war halbwegs sauber mit Mängeln. Ich glaube mein Zimmer war länger nicht in Benutzung. Zumindest hat sich meine kaum vorhanden Stauballergie bemerkbar gemacht. Einfach Stellen, wie die untere Ablage im Nachttischschrank waren voll mit einer dicken Staubschicht. Das Bad ist winzig, für mich war es aber kein Problem. Das Waschbecken ist außerhalb des Bades, was für mich okay war. Hier waren allerdings dicke Seifenreste etc, die man mit Wasser wegbekommen hat...das man hier wenugstens mit einem nassen Lappen mal drüber wischt, sollte man in einem Hotel erwarten können. Die Fenster sind sowas von alt, das man aufpassen muss, das die Scheibe nicht rausgeht. Man hat große Mühe diese zu scjließen, weil sie einfach do ausgeleiert sind und nicht mehr richtig in die Verankerung passen (bei meiner Ankunft war es nur notdürftig geschlossen, ich vermute mal, das Personal weiß selber nicht, wie man das Ding noch zubekommen soll). Nach 3 Tagen wusste auch ich dann, welhe Hebel ich im Rahmen reindrücken muss, weil sie nicht mehr durch den Metallgriff reagieren..

Pros:

I really enjoyed my week there at beatenberg resort. Really good location with a bus stop in front of the hotel and 20 minute ride to interlaken west. The most amazing view of Eiger, Mönch and jungfrau next to each other and the Thunsee. Really nice/kind staff. Always greeting me with a smile when i come in and when i leave. Highly recommend i dont normaly write reviews but this hotel has really earned my praise, keep up the good work!

Pros:

Very beautiful hotel with an amazing view. room was a little dated but very nice still. Buses from Interlaken center was every 30 minutes from about 8am to 8pm then every hour for a little later.

Man würde dem Namen nach einiges mehr erwarten!
Pros:

Die Lage in Beatenberg ist wunderschön. Auch ist es toll, zu siebt in einem grossen Familienzimmer mit 7 Betten in 4 Zimmer untergebracht werden zu können. Suite würde ich es aber keinesfalls nennen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, was an sich nicht so schlimm ist. Allerdings könnte an der Sauberkeit im Zimmer noch gearbeitet werden. Auch der schön grosse Park mit Blick auf den See ist etwas vernachlässigt, den könnte man wunderbar mit Sitzgelegenheiten ausstatten und den Brunnen mal putzen. (Wahrscheinlich hat mal jemand angefangen, es lagen über die ganzen 3 Tage benutzte Einweghandschuhe daneben am Boden)
Beim Frühstück musste man wirklich jedes Geschirr und Besteckteil genau anschauen, die Sachen waren dreckig und die Kaffeemaschine wird wohl auch nicht regelmässig geputzt. Das Angebot ist zwar ausreichend aber man mag dann gar nicht so zugreifen unter diesen unapettitlichen Bedingungen. Es bräuchte eigentlich nicht viel, aber man hat das Gefühl es ist dem Chef dort egal.
Freundlich allerdings waren sie dort.

Pros:

Älteres Hotel mit Flair. Beatenberg liegt ca 15 min Fahrzeit bergauf von Interlaken entfernt auf ca 1200m. Das Hotel bietet soweit alles was man braucht und ist weitläufig mit Gartenanlage. Der wirklich mit vielen Geräten ausgestattete Fitnessraum und der Wellnessbereich mit 2 saunen Dampfbad usw sind erst neu gebaut worden.
Mein Zimmer war rustikal eingerichtet, dass Badezimmer ein wenig schmal, aber für meine Verhältnisse als Alleinreisende völlig in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück übersichtlich aber gut.
Komme sehr gerne wieder 😊

Not recommended at all especially if you have short days to spend there.

It’s a horrible hotel and lots of fake comments

Cons:

The location was so bad, and the bus is NOT every half an hour. Depends on time of the day it could be every 1 hour.
Also, once you arrived the city, you need to ride another bus or train to get to the main station. Together it will take 50minutes to an hour with proper planning, or it could be even longer!

The staff is quite rude, ignorant, and there’s no service at all.

The room is old and dirty, greasy, they opened the window with lots of bugs inside the room.

The view is quite average from the hotel breakfast place, and the breakfast starts at 7:30 but most of people leave before that.

After 10 there’s no one in the reception, be careful if you come back late but you need any help.
