Pros:

Très propre et fonctionnel. Hyper silencieux malgré une grande route bruyante.

Cons:

Emplacement, assez décentré. Pas de personnel, il vaut mieux ne pas égarer son portable… tout est automatisé.

A good option
Pros:

The location is excellent and easily accessible, with everything you need nearby. The room is comfortable and well-furnished.

Cons:

The rule of cleaning and towel change once a week seems illogical to me. I was expecting the service, and only afterwards did I become aware of this rule or that I have to pay and book for it. It feels a bit excessive.

Fine hotel, but online concept gone too far.
Pros:

All the facilities in the room, the comfortable bed, airco, nice roof top terrace.

Cons:

I don’t like the concept of having no room keys and opening everything via the phone at all. It takes more time to retrieve the app (I had to click though a lot of things every time before reaching the “keys” button) and I was worried to have an empty phone. Just give me a key card. Much easier!

Pros:

Perfect mini apartment with everything you could need

Cons:

Self check in, not easy to navigate, especially with unstable WiFi connection. Not personal with no staff interaction

Short, Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Spacious as 1 person in the room. All the facilities you need are there. Floor 9 with the kitchen and beautiful views was a nice plus. Would book again if I come back.

Quirky but fun once you’ve got the hang of the tech!
Pros:

A well equipped apartment. I struggled with the phone based key entry system but the apartment manager was very friendly and helpful and cut me a physical card.

Cons:

Car parking instructions weren’t immediately obvious, nor was the handle that slid the wardrobe across to reveal the second side of the double bed! I thought we had a single bed for 2 for a while!

Great for Family stay, great location for city accessibility, would recommend
Pros:

I was a little worried traveling from out of country about the check-in process, but everything ended up being very smooth. We had no problems at all with check-in or otherwise. The location was pretty great with the Tram that ran right outside, and it made the rest of the city very accessible. The rooms were great for our family. I loved the set up with the double bed and how the wall moved to open up the kitchen or expose the full bed, and the bunk beds were perfect for our stay. We liked having a fridge in the room and a small kitchen space as well as a whole shared kitchen upstairs available for use. Our kids (one younger and one teenager) loved the shared space and playing pool in the evenings.

Cons:

Walking around the floor made our socks a darkened color, so maybe a better solution for cleaning the floor. Besides that we had hoped to do a little laundry but were unable to. There are two washers located in the shared space, but one was broken down, and one was in use so we didn't get to do any laundry as we were initially hoping to. But it certainly wasn't a deal breaker for us and perhaps if we had tried during off hours we would have had better luck.
