素晴らしい
Pros:

綺麗で使いやすかった。アップグレードもして頂き、大変広い部屋でゆっくり休めた。
駅にも近く、日本橋等にも徒歩圏内です。

Cons:

天気が良かったので一度ホテルの方に行って部屋キーを貰うのも苦ではなかったが、天候が悪いと少し面倒だと感じるかもしれません。

A magical stay in magical Zermatt!
Pros:

Loved the Murphy beds! There were two single Murphy beds. So my niece and nephew each had their own bed and I got to have my own room. Very nicely appointed apartment. Compact and lux. Also loved that there were two balconies with tables and chairs to eat alfresco or just admire the mountains.
Check-in was very easy even though it was a 4 minute walk away. We stored our luggage and waited in the cool lobby and had free snacks while we waited and was able to get in 10 minutes earlier. They also allowed us to check out at 11am. They have shower gel if you don’t have your own! Even the towels felt luxurious!

Cons:

Having stayed at two other places in Switzerland this bed was not as comfy. However, I did totally sleep and I’m a princess and the pea! So I’m just really picking, I would totally stay again.

Wished we stayed longer
Pros:

Was a great location for access to the Glacier Express. Quiet street and a very pleasant room. Heated floors for people coming back from skiing. Staff where we picked up the key were very helpful.

Cons:

This is a general annoyance with European accommodation as they are built to retain heat. The rooms are stuffy, but we were able to open a window in this room, so all good.
