Den Teppich um das Bett könnte man sich aus hygienischer Sicht sparen.

A fantastic hotel where everything is as it should be.
Pros:

One phrase sums this hotel up. “Everything is as it should be.”

An absolutely perfect place to stay.

One tip - if you’re arriving by train from Tirano get off at Surovas, if the train stops there before Pontresina, it’s then a very short walk (less than 10 minutes) to the hotel.

Man sollte diese tolle Empfehlung nicht machen, sonst ist es bald kaputt gewohnt und überfüllt 😉

Das das Hotel zu unserer Zeit fast leer war und wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Das war toll! Schöne große Parkplätze direkt vor der Türe. Überhaupt ist es ein unfassbarer Vorteil, wenn das Hotel wie hier das Sunstar in Pontresina erst 2 Jahre im Betrieb ist. Das Inventar ist noch nicht zerstört und abgewohnt, die Betten / Matratzen sind bequem und fest und alles ist pikobello! Besonders toll ist die kleine Saunalandschaft mit 2 Saunen und Dampfbad - per Slot konnten wir jeden Tag nur für uns beide 1 Stunde Wellness buchen. Wir hatten keine andere Menschen um uns herum, ein echtes Privileg! Sehr nettes und extrem hilfsbereites Personal! Sogar bei Nahrungsmittelallergien wird einem geholfen und es wird darauf auch beim Frühstück eingegangen. Toller Kurzurlaub im Sunstar Pontresina!

Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderbare Aussicht und tolles Frühstück. Moderne und sehr saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Zimmerreinigung ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen, was man bei CHF 300 pro Nacht erwarten kann. Zudem bietet das Badezimmer absolut keine Privatsphäre (es ist eig. alles komplett offen).
