Excellente situation, tranquille, spacieux, propre, bien équipé. L'accès en self check-in est un avantage pour les arrivées hors des heures de service. Stationnement (payant) disponible derrière l'hôtel.

Fine for a short stay and to clean your clothes.
Pros:

Near everything. Laundry facilities available. Luggage storage available for before and after your stay (not locked up though). Beds comfortable.

Cons:

Not a great layout for setting out suitcases. We had to put ours on the floor in along the walls in the bedroom. Not much counter space in the bathroom or kitchenette
AC in room wasn’t working when we tried it the first night. Called the number and left a message. No reply. Next day found a guy downstairs who came up and fixed it while we were out.

What did you like?

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the pleasant atmosphere, including the music playing in the foyer, which created a relaxing and inviting environment. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Cons:

There was very little to dislike about my stay. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very enjoyable experience overall.

The location of the apartment was great

Cons:

The airconditioning was not proper and due to being a public holiday the host could not get a technician to fix it and we had to stay in the room with condensate water leaking all over the kitchen area and floor from the unit.

Excellent location, comfortable, convenient, great value for money.
Pros:

central location, self check in, close to interlaken west train station, walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. There was a fully equipped kitchen, adequate number of beds, washer and dryer in the building.

Cons:

could use more cupboards and closet space.
