Pros:

The location is great, very close to Interlaken West Train station and central areas. The rooms are well decorated spacious and very clean. However I’d strongly recommend guests to bring their own pillows as the ones available were very uncomfortable.

Excellent Stay!
Pros:

I loved the hotel’s convenient location — everything was within walking distance, including restaurants, the lake, parks, and Interlaken West train station. The property itself looked very upscale and well maintained. Our room had three windows with lovely neighborhood and mountain views, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The room and bathroom were beautiful and the room was thoughtfully equipped with essentials like a refrigerator, locker, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and creamer. The bed was comfortable overall, although the pillow felt a little unusual the first night and gave me some neck pain. Thankfully, after adjusting it the next night, everything was perfectly fine.

One thing I especially appreciated was the split AC unit with in-room controls, which was amazing as the weather in Interlaken got hotter during our stay. The staff was also very responsive and answered my questions promptly via email.

Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Interlaken.

Cons:

Some minor things that could make the stay even better: guests are asked to take their recycling and trash down to the ground-level bins themselves, which felt a little awkward since I haven’t experienced that at other hotels before. It would also be nice if the bathroom included basic amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and shower caps. Another helpful addition would be having a microwave either in the room or in a common area, especially since refrigerators are already provided and many guests may want to reheat stored food.

Appartment among the beautiful alps
Pros:

Location was close to everything. Surrounds were stunning for those who love a view of the alps. Appartment was compact but had everything needed. Accessible by a lift. A laundry (much appreciated) was available and free to use. Appartment was at first via a coded front door then codepd Apartment front door. A door card was supplied in the apartment & was used from then on. All worked like clockwork
