Pros:

Emplacement idéal, grande chambre familiale difficile à trouver. Climatisation, extrêmement utile en été et rare en Suisse. Accès facile via codes envoyés par email.

Cons:

Poussiéreux (nous avons des allergies, le haut des meubles n'était pas fait depuis longtemps), literie fatiguée.

Cons:

Good location. Self check-in hotel, have to remember entry codes. Once was stuck in the lift because the strap of the bag was caught in the door. Called the number of service offered but no one answered. Pressed the emergency button for a long time, luckily some guests from the first floor bar heard and opened the door from outside. Feel grateful about that

Charming, convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Perfect location, close to the old town and easy walk to the train station. The room had everything I needed and was super comfortable and had air conditioning. Everything was well thought through, user friendly and super practical and had charm and humour. Staff were friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again.

Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent. This was our first time going in a hotel without reception but everything went very smoothly. They sent us the codes and checking in and out was very easy. Coffee and extra sheets and towels were provided. We enjoyed our stay there. Beds were very comfortable. We did not see any staff but we were provided with whatever we needed. We'll done to management.

Cons:

Our room was on the 5th floor. The very small lift only went to 4th floor.
In the lift only one person and one luggage fitted. One of us had to take the stairs.

Pros:

Location was great, breakfast at Haru was perfect, room is small but clean with plenty of charging areas, air conditioning was great

Cons:

No person to see face to face, television difficult to navigate ( but who needs it on vacation???)

perfekte lage, die kommunikation im vorfeld freundlich, kompetent. die lage ist perfekt um die stadt zu erkunden. der self check-in funktioniert einwandfrei. die zimmer sind einfach, aber haben alles was man braucht. kaffeemaschine und tee sind ein tolles detail. das bett SEHR bequem. alles in allem ein toller aufenthalt

Pros:

Es war ein suuuper heißer Tag in Luzern, mitten in der Hitzewelle. Als wir im Hotel ankamen, war die Klimaanlage schon angestellt und man konnte sich einfach ins Bett fallen lassen. Wirklich wundervoll.

Cons:

Das es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort gab. Es wurde zwar alles über What’s App geregelt, aber das war glaube ich dann auch KI gesteuert und es gab wenig Personalität dadurch.
