Comfortable Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the train station but located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. It is a self-service hotel, which sounded daunting at first but the instructions sent to us were very clear so it was straight forward to access our room and to check out when we left. Our room was accessible by a small lift and was fairly big, clean, isolated from street noise and fully equipped with a large TV screen. The windows let in a lot of light so the room was bright and cheering. The beds were comfortable and the shower was powerful with instant hot water. We would book this hotel again without hesitation.

Sehr zentral gelegen, einfaches online-check in/out, sehr grosszügiges Zimmer, unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme über Whatsapp. Anfrage für Beistell-Bett wurde rasch bearbeitet und umgesetzt.

Cons:

etwas laute Umgebung, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts… Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hört man nichts mehr. Ausserdem wurden Ohrstöpsel im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt:)

A comfy room in a historical building of Luzern
Pros:

The room is the same as photos shown on the ads and elatively spacious comparing to other hotels.
The bathroom was good & strong hot water.
The small elevator is very helpful for the luggages.
Good location & walkable from the train station.
The staff was very helpful & provided prompt responses.

Cons:

The carpet looked dusty. The bed is a bit soft.
