We booked two rooms for our family of 6. The top floor “superior” room was blazing sauna hot and we were left with either sleeping 6 people in two beds in our other room or having people sweat all night in that room. This hotel was advertised as having AC which is why we booked here. The hotel has offered no refund toward this room which is very disappointing.

We booked this hotel last minute. Read some reviews about issues with self check-in, so was a little worried, but we did not encounter any issues, the process was super easy. After making reservation I received a code to enter the building and there was a kiosk to complete the registration, took me less than 5 minutes and I was issued a code to access the room
The room was nice and had everything needed, but it was tiny. It worked great for us for an overnight, but likely won't be as comfortable for a longer stay.
Pillows were very thin and we only had one pillow per person. It may not be a problem for someone, but I am used to sleeping a bit raised and it felt like I slept completely flat, so didn't get that great of a sleep

Muy buena ubicación. Ideal para estancias de un par de días. Poco contacto con el staff (todo muy tecnológico: el check in online previo fue suficiente para poner la llave en mi teléfono sin esperas)por no ser necesario, pero cuando lo fue, muy agradable y eficiente.

Even for being in Switzerland the price for what we got felt like a rip-off. I live in Switzerland and have seen better accommodations for a better price.
Location. Close to the train station and to the sights. And at the same time in a quiet place. Easy self check-in.
Modern room and accessible location. Really comfortable stay here and the room was large.
Check in was slightly difficult but staff were great in helping to complete this.

El plumón o cubrelecho se encontraba en condiciones de aseo muy deficientes, con suciedad visible. Además, al revisar las sábanas, estas tenían un aspecto descuidado, como si no fueran lavadas con la frecuencia necesaria.
Como turista, resulta realmente incómodo y desagradable llegar a un alojamiento esperando encontrar un espacio limpio y adecuado para descansar, y encontrarse con este tipo de situaciones que afectan directamente la experiencia y la confianza en el lugar.
Adicionalmente, se informó oportunamente al hotel sobre la situación presentada; sin embargo, la respuesta recibida no fue especialmente amable ni estuvo orientada a brindar una solución efectiva.
Otro aspecto negativo del alojamiento es que no cuenta con una recepción presencial en la cual los huéspedes puedan comunicar este tipo de inconvenientes de manera inmediata. Esto dificulta la atención oportuna de los problemas que se presentan durante la estadía.
En consecuencia, la situación permaneció sin una solución real durante nuestra permanencia en el hotel, lo cual hizo que la experiencia no fuera agradable ni cómoda.
Ubicación excelente, a 5 min andando de la estación central y del centro (puente, etc). Self check in perfecto, muy cómodo y con buen feedback por parte de los encargados a través de mensajes de Booking, muy atentos a cualquier duda que puedas tener. Cama cómoda.
Eché un poco de menos tener alguna silla, pero es un dato sin importancia.
