מלון מעולה הכל נקי ומסודר מאוד נוח וחמים
צוות נחמד ושירות מעולה ! המיקום של המלון ממש קרוב לקווים של טראם ואוטובוסים לכל הכיוונים שהייתי צריכה , סופרים קרובים מיני בר עם שתייה בחינם שממלאים כל הזמן , אפילו מטריה שאפשר להשתמש בה .
לשהייה של בעיקר שינה כי רוב הזמן טיילתי המלון היה ממש מעולה ! ממליצה בחום !

Cons:

הזרם מים במקלחת קצת חלש בשבילי אבל חוץ מזה הכל היה באמת מעולה !

Limpeza diária do quarto, localização ótima, praticidade, próximo de do tram (bondinho charmoso de Zurich) Albisriederplatz que te leva a qualquer lugar de Zurich (1 minuto 90 metros) próximo ao Kuhn Bristo (cafe da manha maravilhoso e preço acessível), próximo supermercado Migros, quarto tamanho bom

Infelizmente o problema do ar condicionado é recorrente, não funciona, equipe me atendeu prontamente, levando um bom ventilador ao quarto, mas pagamos por ar condicionado e não tivemos! Tivermos sorte de não estar muito calor

UN BUEN HOTEL DE CIUDAD CON CARACTER
Pros:

La ubicación, sin ser céntrica, tiene en la puerta del hotel varias líneas de Tram ,entre ellas la que pasa por la Estación Central de tren, que resulta muy cómoda para ir al aeropuerto o desplazarse por la ciudad vieja.
El hotel parece que esté recién restaurado y con la última tecnología porque está lleno de detalles sorprendentes. (Como la TV, que tiene una minipantalla en el espejo del baño, o la iluminación de las habitaciones).
El desayuno es muy bueno y a la carta que, aunque a determinadas horas tengas que esperar un poco, merece la pena por temperatura y calidad de los productos, y tiene un horario que termina a las 13:30 h., al menos los fines de semana.
El personal es atentísimo, tanto el de recepción como el del restaurante en especial.
Hasta el patio interior es casi un jardín muy agradable....

Cons:

No puedo decir que no me gustara, si no que hay que tener en cuenta que no se trata de una construcción reciente y carece de espacios comunes donde poder hacer "vida de hotel", salvo una cafetería-restaurante tampoco muy amplia.

Pros:

I had a great experience at the hotel. I especially want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of the morning receptionist. Even while attending to several guests, she was incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. Excellent service — it really made a difference. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Cons:

My only suggestion for improvement concerns discretion during check-in. When I arrived, the night receptionist mentioned in front of the person accompanying me that my reservation was for only one guest.

I found this slightly indiscreet, as the person accompanying me might not necessarily have been the person I intended to stay with. Although this was not the case, I felt somewhat uncomfortable having to say that I did not wish to add another guest to my reservation while that person was standing beside me.

I believe it would have been more discreet to simply ask whether I wished to add another guest, without mentioning the number of people on my reservation.

Despite this, the receptionist was very kind, friendly and helpful. I have no other complaints. This is simply constructive feedback, as I really enjoyed my stay. ♡

Fui muito bem recebida!
Pros:

O quarto é bem espaçoso, banheiro confortável e bonito. Os funcionários foram atenciosos, tentam falar seu idioma, atendem super bem e são simpáticos. Tem restaurante .
