The best way to travel around the city was by tram and there was a tram stop with staff providing information only 50 yards away. Trams were also very frequent to the old town, railway station and lake Zürich and only about ten minutes away.Staff were polite and accommodating.Breakfast good.

Cons:

We had a queen room with balcony.. You could not class it as a balcony as there was insufficient room to sit there-only standing room. The room was adequate but small.

Pros:

Location is good, only 14min by tram 3 to Zurich HB. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. It's super clean.

Great staff, good location on main tram route, rooms very modern and clean with WIFI. Need AC.
Pros:

Great front desk staff. Room was modern, clean with an awesome bathroom. Location was perfect as it was on the Number 3 tram line route so only 10 minutes to downtown. No breakfast included.

Cons:

If they want to upgrade to a solid 9.0 rating, they should upgrade to a modern AC / heat pump system. Two fans did the trick but still to warm at 35 degrees outside.

Pros:

Zurich és una ciutat caríssima, en un país caríssim. L'hotel és molt-molt bo, cap queixa: personal atentíssim, habitació i bany excel.lents, esmorzar excepcional, wifi ràpid i sense problemes, busos i trams a dojo - la parada a 20 metres. En fi, us 'transmeto' tots els elogis possibles. No entenc com la mèdia a Booking, en el moment d'escriure aquest comentari, és tan sols de 8,5 - serà que una bona part dels clients son uns pijets desagraïts i queixosos, que no valoren poder estar en un hotel d'aquesta mena ?. M'he volgut fer un regal, sabia perfectament els preus del Stoller (habitació, esmorzar, parking), hi he estat de conya, però no hi tornaré.

Pros:

The room was decent however, the location was quite good; directly connected to a tram.

Cons:

They require a 100 CHF deposit, there is no air conditioning so they gave us fans. The toilet was very small.

Clean, nice AC, good surroundings. Close to tram.

Cons:

The wifi only worked in some parts of the room, couldn't use it in the bed for instance. Basically only worked by the desk. Also i paid a fee of 50 francs per night as deposit for the key, completely unreasonable. Then the terminal didn't work on checkout so i couldn't get it repaid immediately. Instead the receptionist said they will pay it back on my card but it will take 5 business days. Really hope I will get the money...
