Exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. We had a lovely quiet, spacious room that was wonderfully dark when we needed it to be.
We also enjoyed one of the most sumptuous meals we’ve had whilst in Switzerland.
The staff are very helpful, the lift is efficient.

Good place to stay when travelling for business... Exactly the standard, one would / could expect from the brand like Marriott! On top of that, the staff is very friendly and helpful! Very nice!

Oh, one thing comes to my mind - I especially selected a room with city view, only to get a room facing some neighbouring building!

Honestly, I would never complain about such thing - there are other important priorities in life than playing a "Karen!" but if it's important to you, just maybe check with the staff upon checking-in...?
