Manque un miroir sur pied et l évacuation de la douche ne se fait pas correctement et il y avait de l eau près du wc...

Pros:

L'emplacement et le calme. La simplicité d'accès .

Cons:

On est restés 3 nuitées le ménage n'a jamais été fait. On avait pourtant mis sur la porte la plaque du nettoyage. On rentre le soir. On trouve la plaque ne nous dérangez pas sur la porte (elle a été retournée) sauf que le ménage n a pas été fait.
Pas de savon liquide ds les toilette communes. Pas de renouvellement de shampoings la chambre .
Les jetons pour prendre du café nous ont été offert le 1er jour de notre arrivée. C est tout.

Très très déçue
Pros:

L’emplacement et encore aucune place pour se garer

Cons:

Très sale le drap craqué ! Des traces partout sur les murs l’odeur de cigarette que je ne supporte pas ! Le bruit ! Les portes qui claquent les télés à fond !

Je n’ai pas passé un bon séjour du tout ! Des traces noires sur les draps !

Lit confortable

Cons:

Le prix est raisonnable mais le logement est peu pratique, la télé ne fonctionne pas, l'électroménager est plutôt en fin de vie et on peut noter des odeurs de remontées d'égouts.

Für den Preis okay
Pros:

Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, die Lage ist nah zum Stadtzentrum. Günstig. Betten sind in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir waren im Dachgeschoss, dort war es extrem warm. Außerdem hat es etwas nach Rauch gerochen. Da das Zimmer auf zwei Etagen aufgeteilt war, war es eher eng. Auch das Treppenhaus ist eng und alles ist etwas heruntergekommen. Für 1 Nacht und den Preis in Ordnung.

Pros:

Passable for short/overnight stay, hostel-styled accommodation

Cons:

Not clean, not comfortable, walls not soundproof, kitchen facilities missing. Rooms very tiny - no air, specific old house smell. Needs some general renovation

Pros:

I liked the check in, the price, the AC, the bed, the tokens for the coffee and cocoa, the communication with the host once I actually got to talk to him.

Cons:

The hose for the douche was stiff and short so when showering standing up and not holding it it was on my back and felt unpleasant.
I very much disliked the A.I automated messaging system they implement for booking.com chats. I had an issue, I received a message that someone will take care of it, which I later discovered was not true, that no one has seen my message. When I started catching on that it's A.I and said it, it claimed to be a real person with a name, but after a few messages I got a real response. It was infuriating.

Central location and easy to access !
Pros:

Central location, . We had a pleasant stay, property is recently refurbished, good for big groups or family for sleep over . We stayed last year , this year there were extras such as the free coffee and fridge in the room which made it convenient for us .

Cons:

Cleaning can be better as property already renovated will make it more appealing!
