Great Boutique Hotel experience so close to Rogier
Pros:

I loved my stay here. The staff was lovely, particularly Abu who checked me in and showed me to my room. He took the time to walk me through the facilities in the room and how to contact reception if I needed anything. Honestly couldn’t fault the room or the service. I needed a UK/EU adapter and they kindly loaned me one. The hotel itself is so close to shops and eateries as well as to Rogier station.

Muhteşem bir Brüksel Şehir Hoteli
Pros:

Otel lobisi ve katlar tertemiz kokuyordu. Otel personelleri çok ilgili ve kibarlar. 3.kattaki odamızı çok beğendik. Brüksel Grand Place'e 500 metre yani ortalama yürüyerek 6 dk civarı. Tabi aynı zamanda diğer tüm görülmesi gereken lokasyonlara da çok yakın. Biz Belçikayı çok sevdik. Konaklamamızı da Hotel Fleur de Ville'de yaptığımız için çok memnunuz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

An Unexpected Find
Pros:

Immaculate, clean, comfortable, excellent shower and breakfast very good.
Overall a hotel that has everything you need and more

Hotel lindo e bem localizado
Pros:

O hotel é belíssimo, com instalações elegantes e muito bem cuidadas. Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis e proporcionam uma excelente estadia. A localização é privilegiada, permitindo fácil acesso aos principais pontos de interesse da região.

Além disso, os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã tem boas opções e produtos de qualidade. Uma excelente escolha para quem busca conforto, praticidade e um atendimento acolhedor.

Cons:

Na primeira noite, tivemos um problema com o ar-condicionado e o quarto ficou bastante quente. Embora a situação não tenha sido resolvida pelo recepcionista que estava de plantão naquele momento, o recepcionista da manhã do dia seguinte prontamente tomou as providências necessárias e solucionou o problema com rapidez e eficiência. Agradecemos especialmente pela atenção e agilidade no atendimento

Ideal hotel for a few days in Brussels
Pros:

The hotel was very restful, I gather all the rooms were reserved at the time of our stay but it never seemed crowded. You only needed to cross the road and your in Brussels center. The front of house manager Clement was very knowledgeable of the places to visit and highlighted every area on a complementary map.

Cons:

The room safe was in a ridiculous position in a cupboard at skirting floor level. Being central to Brussels late night revelers were sometimes noisy
