Charged us twice for the room and, a month later, still haven't refunded the duplicate payment.
Pros:

The location is good, close to Brussels Central and the main tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, and the interior design, both in the shared spaces and in the room, was lovely. The chocolate-covered almonds on arrival were a nice touch.

Cons:

I'm not sure whether it was intentional or simply an error, but we were charged for our room twice after being told that something had gone wrong with the initial payment. When I contacted the hotel to request a refund, communication became much less responsive. After a few attempts to get in touch, I was asked to provide my card details for the refund, which I did immediately. It's now been a month since then, and we still haven't received the refund.

Gorgeous hotel stay with fantastic staff in a very walkable area
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel. It was absolutely stunning, great location, and the staff go above and beyond. We loved staying here and it was the perfect end to our travels.

An exceptional hotel experience that made my stay in Brussels worth while.
Pros:

There are a lot of positives about Hotel Fleur de Ville. First, location is a positive. It is removed enough from the main streets that you aren't getting any excess noise but close enough to access everything very quickly. Next, the cleanliness and atmosphere of the hotel is next level - it is clear that the staff care about the appearance, overall presentation and that each interaction guests have is a positive one. The lobby, different lounges, bathrooms, and share community spaces are spotless. Finally, the staff are on another level. I arrived early and was able to leave my luggage until my room was ready, once I checked out they were more than happy to let me keep my luggage there during the day as I explored the city AND access to the lounge after I returned for my luggage and had already checked out. They care about the guests, overall experience and it shows.

Cons:

There isn't anything that I would say I didn't like. Ultimately I stayed for only one night so it wasn't too expensive but I could see how a few nights would be pricey, but you are getting what you pay for (and what you are paying for is worth every dollar in my opinion).

Beautiful hotel, great position.
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel! Inside a converted bank this hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff are welcoming, helpful and kind. We were greeted by Clement who ensured we were comfortable whilst waiting a few minutes for our room and giving us tips on places to eat. A great position in the city, easily walking to the old town. The room was large, the bathroom was also large with a fabulous walk-in shower and room to put things down. We also appreciated the subtle bathroom lighting at night, bathrobes and space. We loved the whole experience.

Toplocatie in het centrum van Brussel. Mooie en verzorgde kamers. Unieke ontbijtruimte die zeker de moeite waard is. personeel was uitermate vrindelijk.
