Very nice stay in a convenient and quiet area.
Pros:

The location is terrific... close to everything but on a quiet street.

Cons:

Our room was large, but quirky. The minimalist esthetic in the room has been take so far as to make it less functional. For example, the lighting was all controlled through a touch-pad that also controlled the HVAC, and there were no clear instructions about the lighting - just cryptic symbols on the touch-pad the we had to bumble with. Although the bathroom was also large, there were no hooks to hang anything other than the heated towel rack. The shower could really benefit from a grab-handle, as the floor was slippery.

Aangenaam verblijf op een prachtige locatie.
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, een mooi ontbijtbuffet maakt het begin van je dag al geslaagd en op een paar passen ben je aan het Gravensteen. Meer was voor mij niet nodig.

Goed gelegen geweldig hotel
Pros:

Supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fantastisch ontbijt, zeer verzorgd!
Kamers zijn prima, netjes en er is alles wat je nodig hebt.

We loved our hotel and all of Ghent.
Pros:

Wonderful staff (friendly), very clean, large bathroom, nice touches like, welcoming pastries, and ice cold flavoured water.

Cons:

Séjour pendant les fêtes de Gand
Pros:

La grande chambre au calme malgré les fêtes de Gand et la proximité avec le centre historique.

Cons:

Le lit constitué de deux matelas d où un inconfort au milieu de la jonction .

Rustige en toch nabij centrum gelegen locatie.

Cons:

wc maakte soms vervelend geluid.

Pros:

Wir hatten wieder einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich
Es passt alles und der Service stimmt auch.
Besonders hilfreich fand ich die Programmübersicht für die Gentse Feesten.
Dies ist ein toller Service.

Cons:

Der Preis ist leider schon recht hoch und nochmal deutlich höher als im Vorjahr.
Es wäre sehr angenehm , wenn es für das Doppelbett 2 Bettdecken gäbe.

Super verblijf gehad in Ghent urbanist hotel!
Pros:

Locatie is fantastisch. Rustige omgeving maar toch vlak bij het centrum en dus alle bezienswaardigheden. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en goed.

Cons:

De bedden vonden wij ietsje aan de kleine kant.
