The breakfast room was in the hotel , the food was normal European breakfast with everything available. Nice pleasant dining area .

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The best part was definitely the staff. They were highly professional, incredibly friendly, and treated us like family throughout our stay. We have stayed in many hotels before, but the level of hospitality here was truly outstanding. A special mention goes to An, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Her dedication to the Go Forest program was inspiring, and we were happy to participate and support such a meaningful initiative. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hotel itself was aesthetically beautiful and had a warm atmosphere. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. We also appreciated the kindness of the lady serving breakfast, who always greeted guests with a smile. We did not face any problems during our stay.
The only suggestion we would make is to provide more details about the food on the breakfast menu, particularly by specifying the type of meat being served. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to stay here again.

I felt here was a lack of storage space for clothes so ended up living out of my suitcase, which was not ideal.
