Property itself was fine, modern and communication was good.

Cons:

The area it is located in is really poor. We couldn't stay there, we walked in the building for 5 minutes to book alternative accommodation and then left

Difficult.
Pros:

The room was exactly as described basic but functional.

Cons:

It was incredibly difficult to find and once located equally difficult to get into the building and then once in the building we couldn't get in the room and it took 45 minutes of messaging remote staff for assistance. The QR code sent is not needed at any part of the process and ultimately led to the difficulties in getting into the accommodation. Booking.com does not explain the location of the hotel is in a seriuosly deprived area that was not pleasant as a tourist to find onself in.

Great place for a holiday with excellent service. High level of cleanliness, rooms, corridors, doors, floors, toilet, kitchenette, shower etc. Very comfortable stay.

El lugar es espectacular! No quieres salir, muy cómodo, limpio las instalaciones son increíbles, si quieres descansar y desconectarte de la ciudad podrás hacerlo allí, la cocina está totalmente equipada.
No tiene casi personal porque todo es digital pero el personal que te encuentras es muy amable y servicial

Cons:

La ubicación no es la mejor, el sector se ve inseguro y es retirado del centro caminando, el transporte en bruselas es costoso, te queda cerca de la estación del tren pero lejos del centro para conocer
Solo tiene personal en la mañana y hay problemas con las claves digitales, tuve q pagar un depósito considerable $$$$ por eventuales daños, ese depósito no se indicaba al inicio de la reserva
