Presented well and clean
Where it’s situated but it wasn’t bad. Nice people
The appartment was airconditioned and clean. The staff were friendly.
The location is terrible. It felt extremely dirty outside and a bit unsafe. The door code also malfunctioned, meaning we lost about an hour and a half of time to explore. However, the staff were great at responding quickly and coming to fix the door. My details were also hacked somehow, with details of my stay, dates, name etc all used in a Whatsapp scam message trying to get me to click a link. After confiriming with the staff, it was indeed a scam, however no one has updated me on how my personal information was leaked. For these reasons I rate it as I have.
Le logement est propre, décoré et fidèle aux photos. Il y a de quoi se faire du thé ou du café. La climatisation était agréable par ce temps chaud.
La communication avec l'hôte était fluide et précise.
L'emplacement de cet appart hôtel est catastrophique. En plein milieu d'un quartier chaud, nous avons dû marcher de la gare au logement parmi les détritus, du traffic de stupéfiant en pleine rue. Le quartier entier est anxiogène et dangereux. Nous n'avions malheureusement pas vu que ce quartier faisait partie des quartiers à éviter dans Bruxelles. Dommage car le logement est bien sinon.
Tout était prévu, pas loin de la gare Bruxelles Midi avec des commerce et un très bon marché à proximité

The apartment is spacious and has really nice furniture. It was easy to find and the location is great - a few stations from the city center and a 15 minute walk from Gare du Midi. The air conditionning worked great and we had great communication with the host.
The neighbourhood is not very safe for a group of girls, we felt rather unconfortable, but the apartment was really nice.

This place is located in an extremely dangerous, unsafe, and sketchy neighborhood, which is completely hidden and misrepresented in the listing description and pictures. We felt our personal safety was seriously at risk, so we refused to check in and had to leave the area immediately to find a safe hotel. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs if you care about your safety!

La facilitat que donen els propietaris des d’un primer moment per a tot
Byliśmy grupą 9-osobową i zajmowaliśmy 3 apartamenty. Nie można się doczepić do niczego w nich. Wyposażenie adekwatne do ilości osób. Pokoje czyste, ręczników wystarczająco. Klima działająca. W pokojach nie ma telewizora, dość dziwne w dzisiejszych czasach ale nie był w opisie więc nie jest to żaden minus. Same pokoje duże, łóżka wygodne. Czytałem wcześniejsze opinie o okolicy i faktycznie jest to dzielnica zamieszkała chyba w całości przez imigrantów z Afryki. Nie wracaliśmy do hotelu po zmroku (w czerwcu po 22 jest jeszcze jasno) ale nigdy nie spotkaliśmy się z wrogim nastawieniem mieszkańców. Oczywiście jest to dzielnica brudna, ze śmieciami na chodnikach. Ale nie czułem się ani razu zagrożony podczas wracania czy wyjść z hotelu.
Flat with air conditioning, basic things at hand. Although the location is in an ethnic neighborhood, there is noise insulation. Frequent communication and all the time. Any help at hand.
