Beautiful staff, property is also in a great location accessible by foot to the nearest shopping and transport. The ladies at reception are so helpful and prompt. The breakfast delivered to the room in the morning is a huge plus! Waters refilled in the room free of charge. Nespresso machines in the room aswell. Will stay again. Xx

Accueil de 7h à 23h. Notre vol a été retardé de plusieurs heures, pas d'accueil.
Réservé une chambre à 2 lits pour ma fille et moi, avons eu 1 lit double !. Avons séparé le lit sans avoir toute la literie

Nonostante non sia presente il bidet la doccia aveva diversi rubinetti per regolare la posizione del getto. La posizione, essendo vicino al centro ma non esattamente lì e con l'ingresso un po' nascosto è stata l'unica piccola cosa negativa che ho trovato.

The location was great – it was really close to the metro, making it easy to get around Athens. The neighbourhood also felt safe. I only mention this because when we were researching where to stay, so many guides warned about dodgy areas, but we never felt uncomfortable here.
The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in the Queen Suite, which was a really good size and had plenty of space. The room was spotless when we arrived, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. They were all so friendly too.
Communication with the hotel was via WhatsApp, which I thought was really convenient and made it easy to ask any questions.
The hotel also partners with a few local food places, so we could order good, affordable meals straight to the hotel, which was a nice bonus. Finally, the breakfast was really good, and having it delivered to our room each morning made it feel that little bit more special.
There were only a couple of minor downsides. Sometimes the breakfast arrived a little cold, which I imagine was more of a logistical issue than anything else, as the food itself was always good.
On our last morning, one of our breakfast orders was incorrect. We sent a message about it, but unfortunately it wasn't responded to, so nothing was done to resolve it. It was a bit disappointing, especially as we had an early flight to catch that day and breakfast was particularly important. That said, it was the only issue we experienced during what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay.
One other small thing was that takeaway deliveries had to be collected from reception rather than being brought up to the room. We were staying on the first floor, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, but room delivery would have been a nice added touch.
