O atendimento frio é indiferente da recepcionista de cabelo loiro da recepção . A funcionária é extremamente antipatica e indiferente .
O café da manhã também foi horrível … repetitivo e quase sem opção de frutas . Eu quase não comia de tão ruim .

We were excited to spend our last two nights in Athens at Airio, but had the WORST experience. The staff was unprofessional, rude, unorganized, and accused me of lying about the issue we experienced.

After the first night, I asked for our room to be cleaned as we left for the day. Upon returning at night to sleep, I noticed that a gift bag containing two bracelets that was on our desk was no longer there. I immediately notified front desk that the bag with bracelets in it was missing. I told them that, they were in a white bag on the desk and maybe the cleaners accidentally threw out the bag. She proceeded to tell me that it is not possible and that there is nothing they could do as the cleaners went home. I even asked if I could look in the garbages but was told no.

In the morning I checked again. They said the cleaners did not throw it away or take anything, but had no explanation of how the bag with the bracelets in it went missing from the desk in our room. The front desk attendant was extremely unhelpful, rude, and did nothing except say “it is not possible the staff did anything with my items” implying that I was lying. The manager was called but we had to leave for the airport before he could arrive. In the taxi the manager called, shaken up by the experience at the front desk I asked my partner to speak to him, however he insisted on speaking with me. The manager began by saying it is not possible the bracelets were thrown away or taken and said I must be lying or confused. He said my “story kept changing” which was a blatant lie. He then proceeded to argue, yell, and speak over me for 10 minutes. At one point it seemed like he said that items go missing a lot there, which was shocking! He then tried to quickly fix his statement when I raised concern. Not only were my concerns about missing items and safely not heard, I was actively blamed, gaslite, called a liar, and spoken down to.

Det fanns inget jag inte gillade med boendet om jag måste nämna något var det den lilla hissen. Den fick dock ändå plats med vår vagn, våra två barn och två vuxna även om det var väldigt trångt.
