Pros:

New facilities, spotless clean, built to purpose. Super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking included. Everything in walking distance. The city center was approx 1,5Km away which is perfect: close enough to walk and far enough to avoid the noise. Xilouris tavern 100m away was also amazing. I highly recommend and would visit again myself in the future

Pros:

We had a perfect stay! Everything was spotless, new, and smelled fresh. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the sea. Communication with the hosts was outstanding—they were always checking if we needed anything and made us feel truly welcome. They are wonderful young people who clearly care about their guests. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Pros:

Das Apartment hat genau so ausgesehen wie auf den Bildern. Es war sauber. Ich fand super dass es neben dem Block gratis Parkplätze gab, hatte immer einen freien Parkplatz frei.

Our stay at B K Rooms in Heraklion was absolutely incredible, and it is an experience I will remember for the rest of my life! The brand-new apartment complex completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfectly clean, fresh, and modern. The design is beautiful, and the location is just spot on – convenient, accessible, and perfect for exploring.
From the seamless communication to the wonderful hospitality, everything was flawless. If I ever return to Heraklion, I am definitely staying here again. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! L'appartamento è curato, accogliente e dotato di tutto ciò che cercavamo per trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole. Il vero punto di forza è il terrazzo: una vera chicca, perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi qualche momento all'aperto.

Il proprietario è stato sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza, soddisfacendo con grande cortesia tutte le nostre richieste. È stato un piacere soggiornare qui e ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Consigliamo questo appartamento senza alcun dubbio e, se ne avremo l'occasione, torneremo sicuramente. Cinque stelle meritatissime!

Va bene ma non per più di due giorni
Pros:

Posizione buona, abbastanza vicina al centro. Camera rifinita nei dettagli ma troppo piccola. La ragazza che ci ha accolto molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Il bagno piccolissimo e doccia che allaga tutto il pavimento, mancanza di pulizie giornaliere.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long stay. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home.
