Prijs/kwaliteit heel goed.
Pros:

De locatie en een ruime kamer. Ontbijt voldoende en goed. Bed is vrij hard.

Cons:

We lagen wij aan de straatkant en dan heb je wel wat lawaai van het verkeer. terwijl we een rustige kamer hadden gevraagd.

La grandeur de la chambre, la climatisation, le frigidaire, salle de bain propre et spacieuse, la kitchenette

Cons:

Balcon / terrasse non accessible ( qui ne sert à rien donc), j'avais demandé chambre au calme, j'ai eu une chambre donnant sur un carrefour hyper bruyant, les draps étaient sales( taches résiduelles de sang après lavage), machine à café dont les capsules sont difficiles à trouver et dont la réserve est insuffisantes pour la durée du séjour. Le personnel à l'accueil était aimable mais ne comprenait ni le français ni le néerlandais ( à Anvers!)

Schönes Appartementzimmer mit Küchenzeile, sauber und modern. Viel Platz.

Una noche sin descanso y un recepcionista poco resolutivo

Todos los extras, plancha, etc y la cocina equipada con lavavajillas.

Pedí ayuda en recepción el domingo 16 hasta dos veces por la noche porque había un mosquito que no me dejaba dormir, para que por favor si tenía algún insecticida yo lo rociara y se lo devolvía, pero el recepcionista me dijo que no podia hacer nada, que tenía que esperar a la mañana que se lo diría a las limpiadoras. Esa noche no pude dormir y a la mañana temprano le recordé dejar nota por favor a la limpieza, que daba mi autorización para que entraran en la habitación a echar el insecticida.
Creo que no me creía o no sé bien porque directamente el recepcionista me dijo que me comprara un insecticida yo misma. Creo que no es la solución ni el trato que se debe dar a un cliente que no ha podido descansar después de haber pagado mi habitación. Quizás hubiera sido mejor ofrecer el cambio de habitación en el primer momento, no es lo ideal pero al menos podría haber descansado.

Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet; es gab im Schrank sogar ein Bügelbrett und die kleine Küchenzeile war für 2 Übernachtungen absolut ausreichend. Die Hotellobby ist zwar nicht gross, aber modern und ansprechend ausgestattet

Cons:

Ich hatte leider ein Zimmer im Souterrain, wodurch ich die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte / mochte. Die fehlende Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage wurde am zweiten Tag gleich nachgeliefert, so dass man es bei den Sommertemperaturen von 30C dann gut aushalten konnte

Great location snd clean
Pros:

Great location to explore the city and near train station

Cons:

Air con was not working. Reported to staff they came and looked at it and said be back in 10mins after 1 hour had not come back. Had to go looking for staff. Then changed room so had to repack.
