Fantastic staff , big rooms in a quiet tranquil garden setting in the best area of Berawa xx
Pros:

When I arrived I was delighted with the position and well kept nature of Luna Ola. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. I would have expected to pay a lot more for this quality and service. During my stay I unfortunately had a surfing accident and ended up in hospital for a few days. Clementine went absolutely above and beyond her duties to help me , bringing my phone to the clinic and then packing up my whole room for me and organising my check, Through out the process she (and all the staff ) were super caring and I never felt like i was an inconvenience. I can't recomened this hotel highly enough

Moderne und saubere Unterkunft, optimal für einen Aufenthalt mit Surfmöglichkeit nebenan
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Handtüchern und zwei Stühlen auf dem Balkon sowie einem Handtuchständer. An dem öffentlichen Pool gab es auch bequeme Liegen und Sitzsäcke zum entspannen. Man konnte dem Personal mit einem Türschild mitteilen, ob man ein roomcleaning haben möchte oder seine Privatsphäre haben möchte. Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Erdgeschoss konnte man sich immer sauberes Wasser einfüllen.

Cons:

Direkt nebenan ist leider eine Baustelle, die auch zu sehr späten Zeiten und manchmal auch nachts und früh morgens zu hören ist. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und das Badezimmer scheint eine Art Verstärker zum Nebenzimmer zu sein. Die Leute im Nebenzimmer wirkten unfassbar laut, jedoch nur im eigenen Zimmer. Wenn man vor die Tür gegangen ist, hat man die lauten Geräusche nicht mehr gehört. Die öffentliche Küche hat keine vernünftigen Abwaschsachen, wir haben alles Besteck und Geschirr als sehr unsauber / unhygienisch empfunden und würden daher sagen, dass man dort vor Ort nicht selber kochen kann. Durch die Baustelle ist leider auch der direkte und sehr schnelle Weg zum Strand gesperrt.

Great stay, friendly staff and would definitely come back again.
Pros:

Really enjoyed staying here. The villa was nice and clean, the location was perfect for getting around Canggu, and the pool area was great to chill around. The staff were honestly the best part though, everyone was really friendly and helpful the whole time and made us feel welcome from the start.

Cons:

Honestly nothing to complain about, we had a great stay overall.

Beautiful and Amazing
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. The facilities were amazing, everything was presented beautifully, and the entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect so close to everything, which made getting around and exploring very easy and convenient.

One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. I especially loved chatting with the girls at reception; they were so lovely and gave us great recommendations on places to visit, food spots, and things to do locally, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Their friendliness really made the stay feel more personal and memorable.

It’s rare to find a place that combines great facilities, cleanliness, convenience, and such genuine hospitality all together. We left with such a positive impression and have already recommended this place to so many friends and family. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future.

Cons:

We really enjoyed our stay overall. One thing we noticed was some minor water damage/discolouration at the bottom of the stone feature wall in the shower. It’s not severe, but a small touch-up or maintenance fix would help improve the appearance.

The beds were also a little firm for my personal preference.
One suggestion I’d make is to provide new disposable slippers for each guest rather than reusing the same pairs between stays, as it would feel more hygienic and welcoming for guests.
