Esperienza super positiva
Pros:

Il soggiorno è stata un'esperienza davvero bellissima.
Il personale si è dimostrato fin da subito estremamente gentile, cortese e altamente preparato, sempre pronto a venire incontro a ogni esigenza con il sorriso. Le camere sono nuove, impeccabilmente pulite e comodissime; nota di merito all'insonorizzazione, davvero impeccabile, che garantisce un riposo perfetto.
La posizione dell'hotel è strategica e comodissima: si trova a due passi dalla stazione e dai mezzi pubblici, ideale per muoversi in totale comodità. Per chi ama camminare, il centro storico si raggiunge facilmente a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di una ventina di minuti.
Molto apprezzata anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente in struttura dopo il check-out, un servizio utilissimo che permette di godersi la città fino all'ultimo minuto senza ingombri.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

Reception staff and bar staff were friendly. Nice decor throughout.

Good size studio rooms.

Clean hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Not much choice at all for warm food. Scrambled Eggs, bacon, beans.
Really poor selection.

Gym was very small. Not much equipment.

No English tv channels.

Hotel ideale per passare qualche giorno nelle Fiandre
Pros:

Mini appartamento ideale per due persone ( ho soggiornato con mio marito); possibilità di fare colazione in camera visto che è dotata di mini- cucina; camera ben attrezzata e molto pulita; bagno piccolo ma molto funzionale con grande cabina doccia; garage ( un po' caro ma molto comodo) al quale si accede direttamente dai piani dell'hotel con ascensore); gentilezza estrema del personale.La

Cons:

La zona in cui è situato l'hotel è un po' squallida e non troppo vicina al centro ( 20 minuti a piedi)

Hotel confortable et pratique. Bon accueil.
Pros:

La situation près de la gare et pas trop loin du centre.
La décoration.assez soignée, le bar et la terrasse. Le confort des parties communes.

Cons:

Les chambres sur rue sont un peu bruyantes (train et voitures).
L'hôtel est un peu difficile à localiser quand on arrive à pied de la gare. Ce serait bien de donner des infos sur le site (un.petit plan?).

Great value, clean property
Pros:

Clean and functional. Close to Dampoort train and bus stations.

Cons:

We opted to take the bus to the town center because it was too hot to walk. Unfortunately some roads were closed or rerouted due to construction so we only made it 3 stops and walked the rest of the way anyway.

Super tolles, mega ausgestattetes und modernes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, leider ist das Parken dort extrem te

Super nettes Personal, schnell und unkompliziertes checkin bzw. checkout.
Das Apartment war top ausgestattet und vor allem sauber.
Es war ruhig obwohl mein Zimmer zur Straßenseite raus war.
Schönes modernes Hotel.

Cons:

Das Parken war extrem teuer!! Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass wenn ich schon Hotelgast bin und das Parkhaus im Hotel ist, dass man zumindest einen geringeren Betrag zahlt. Ich würde sogar sagen, dass das Parkhaus abzocke ist, daher hat mein Aufenthalt aufgrund des Parkens einen leider negativen Beigeschmack.
Mein Apartment war bereits vor 12 Uhr, also vor dem auschecken, bereits gesperrt, so dass ich die Putzfrau bitten musste mir mein Apartment nochmal aufzuschließen.
