We were purely guessing as to which hotel to use for our first trip to Greece, and we chose well !!
Pros:

The bed was by far THE MOST comfortable hotel bed we've slept in ! AND Giannis, (Dining Room Mgr), saw to our every need while dining. Food was excellent & the entire hotel staff was most accommodating. While waiting for our cabs/taxis, we couldn't help but watch the front desk staff deal w/ the many cruise guests & their particular brand of problems. Credit to them for the professionalism & desire to be of service.

Cons:

The only negative item we can think of . . Not enough coffee pods alongside the coffee maker ! We could have used 4 or 6 more !!

Comfortable hotel close drive to the city center
Pros:

Clean hotel
Great lunch chicken burger and dinner giouvetsi
Great senior manager at the front desk
Great restaurant staff, giannis 2x and Nikos go out of their way to serve the guests
Excellent coffees and swimming pool

Cons:

- hotel seems to be understaffed but compensated by friendly and good service
- breakfast buffet area (where food is taken) too small. Seating area is big enough

Pros:

Staff was excellent, very friendly and service was impeccable! Rooms were clean and smartly designed with separate bathroom and toilet, bed was super comfy! Location was central, and there is a nice swimming pool on the roof top, Hilton amenities.

Cons:

roof top and parking were very expensive for this class, elevators were slow and confusing or out of order. Hotel located right next to a brothel but not creating any issue for adults at least.
