The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room was very large and beautiful. We had to switch to the second room that was smaller because there was a leak in the first room.

Cons:

The check-in process was very long and tedious. There were many guests coming in from the cruise was only one person checking everybody, and she was amazing and had patience and took her time, but it was very crowded people checking in and people checking out with only one person.

Cons:

The receptionist was very rude! She hollered at us and wouldn't accept my confirmation #. I had to wait 3 hours for her to confirm. I had a bug in my bed.

Overall, the room felt cramped and uncomfortable, and the stay left a disappointing impression.
Pros:

Breakfast was generally acceptable, although the selection was limited and, in my view, did not justify the price charged by the hotel. At the same time, there are very few nearby cafés offering a reasonable alternative for breakfast.

Cons:

The room was smaller than advertised, and a column in the passage between the bed and the window made it feel even more cramped. Instead of the large desk shown in the photos, we had two tiny surfaces with barely enough space for a phone and a kettle. Working at that desk was out of the question. The same column divided the window into two small sections, with the wall of a neighbouring building almost directly against them. There was practically no natural light in the room.

On arrival, there was an unpleasant smell of damp or sewage. The staff tried to get rid of it with a cleaning product, but the smell remained. We later discovered that the shower door was broken, so water kept leaking onto the wooden floor. The accumulated moisture may have been one of the reasons for the smell.

I immediately asked to change rooms, but the receptionist rather abruptly told me that the hotel was full. Yet I could see rooms available to book on Booking for the same dates. That inconsistency, along with the way she responded, only made the experience more disappointing.

I had breakfast once. I would personally give it around 3.5 out of 5: the omelette was good, but the selection was limited.

By the time I checked out, I knew I would be unlikely to choose this hotel again. I simply did not want to spend time in the room: it was cramped, dark, and smelled unpleasant, with a wet floor after every shower.

We were purely guessing as to which hotel to use for our first trip to Greece, and we chose well !!
Pros:

The bed was by far THE MOST comfortable hotel bed we've slept in ! AND Giannis, (Dining Room Mgr), saw to our every need while dining. Food was excellent & the entire hotel staff was most accommodating. While waiting for our cabs/taxis, we couldn't help but watch the front desk staff deal w/ the many cruise guests & their particular brand of problems. Credit to them for the professionalism & desire to be of service.

Cons:

The only negative item we can think of . . Not enough coffee pods alongside the coffee maker ! We could have used 4 or 6 more !!

Comfortable hotel close drive to the city center
Pros:

Clean hotel
Great lunch chicken burger and dinner giouvetsi
Great senior manager at the front desk
Great restaurant staff, giannis 2x and Nikos go out of their way to serve the guests
Excellent coffees and swimming pool

Cons:

- hotel seems to be understaffed but compensated by friendly and good service
- breakfast buffet area (where food is taken) too small. Seating area is big enough
