Very calming and relaxing

had high expectations that weren't met.
Pros:

the roof bar that had karaoke. the staff seemed nice.

Cons:

The place was okay but i do not think the owners and /or mgt understand basic hotel principles especially for one sold as luxury. I will not be signing to waive my rights to any claims in the event of situations that you have sole control, in full pr part when i stay at your hotel.

The property simply didn't meet my expectations, even after I upgraded to an executive suite.
Pros:

I didn't indulge in the breakfast. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The property did not meet my expectations. The furniture was extremely poor. There was no hot water in the shower box. The 5th floor had a restaurant and a bar without stairways for emergency exit, this was a major safety concern. The food wasnt great, I was served stale chicken wings.

Don’t stay here if you like peaceful sleep.
Pros:

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice at two completely different times (Oct and now May) and have been woken up in the middle of the night from them doing maintenance in the restaurant below.
It makes no sense to stay at a hotel that doesn’t care if you can sleep through the night without noise.

Cons:

Some of the waiters were very good.

Pros:

Exceptional service, great detailing in rooms with branding and lovely food

Cons:

Hardly anything to complain about. Staff are not allowed to take tips which seems odd when you want to thank someone for their service but to say that's an issue is probably unfair

The staff were genuinely very kind and welcoming, and the overall security of the hotel was great - i felt very secure!!! . The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.

However, the hotel seems to present itself as a five-star property, which doesn’t match the actual experience. The facilities feel quite outdated — carpets in the toom looked worn and not very clean, and the general condition of the rooms didn’t meet a high standard of cleanliness.

A major issue was the rooms themselves: out of the three rooms we booked, two had windows that were essentially unusable, covered with a semi-transparent material that you couldn’t see through. This made the rooms feel closed and uncomfortable.

The towels were also very old and worn out — their color had faded to a grayish tone, which gave an impression of poor hygiene.

The biggest concern is the price, which was extremely high and comparable to a five-star hotel in London, but without offering the same level of quality or comfort.

lovely experience
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and quick to restock fridge, reset room and assist with any queries.

Cons:

to slightly improve i would recommend more European style breakfast options. aside from yam and egg, sausage and bacon most of the food was lunch dinner type food. also the pancakes and waffles were a bit stale, there was no porridge either
