Helt ok för en natt. Stort minus för missen med frukostpåsen.

Cons:

Vi åt på hotellets uteservering på kvällen. De kändes underbemannade och minsta beställning tog tid då en och samma person sprang mellan borden. Med enkla medel hade uteserveringen kunnat kännas mycket trevligare om de ställt ljuslyktor på borden och haft fler växter. De stackars växter som fanns hade vissnat.

Vi behövde checka ut tidigt, så vi hade beställt frukostpåse vilket vi också fick bekräftat av kvällspersonalen. Vid utcheckning fanns ingen frukostpåse att få då det brustit i deras kommunikation. Fick verkligen ligga på hotellet om ersättning då vi var tvungna att köpa frukost på annat håll. Tillslut fick vi kompensation, men efter en del påminnelser/tjat.

Pros:

Trevlig personal när vi kom. Ok frukost och sköna sängar. Välstädat. Trevlig relax och bastu med pool utomhus på våning 5. Lugnt område.

Cons:

Ventilationen lät väldigt mycket. Fanns ingen duschvägg/draperi i badrummet och var väldigt lite krokar och fanns ingen hylla att ställa saker på i badrummet. Trång parkering och inte så många parkeringsplatser.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We originally booked two rooms, thinking we were booking a family room. They kindly canceled the booking for us and gave us a refund, which we really appreciated.

I absolutely loved the rooftop pool and spa! The whole place is even more beautiful in person than it looks in the pictures online. We had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

Dejligt tæt på alle indkøb og let at komme til. Personalet var fantastisk og lavede tidlig morgenmad pga vores udstilling.

Cons:

Hotellets Parkering var der meget få af. Vi kunne ikke få ret meget fra menuen den ene aften pga mange gæster. Fryse pizza til mange penge.

Cons:

На платной парковке, которую я забронировал и оплатил заранее, не было свободных мест, пришлось ругаться с менеджером отеля, после ругани место освободилось.
Отель подтвердил изменения в бронировании с 3х местного на 2х местный номер и оплату на месте. В итоге я жил в маленьком 2х местном номере, но при выезде мне сказали что я должен доплатить как за 3х местный номер.
