Pros:

The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was amazing!! Grace at check in was very welcoming and warm!

Cons:

I had breakfast at the main building, went in about 7am and the food was cold so I didn't enjoy that much.
I got a complimentary late check out for 2pm. Plan was to have a lie in after breakfast to rest up. Well Housekeeping said nope! Knocked on my door at about 10am and just kept knocking for up to a minute. Ruined my Sunday nap. These are the 2 reasons y I won't rate exceptional.

WORLD CLASS!
Pros:

The first time I came in 2022 I stayed at the main building this time I stayed at the Gardens and I stayed at signature it was wonderful the staff are always world class so as the food and the entertainment.

Cons:

I have absolutely no complaints I loved everything.

Comfortable with good location
Pros:

Location was good and room was neat and comfortable. The fitness centre is well equipped and is always a highlight for me.

Cons:

Could do better with the food around the swimming pool area. Also, hotel pricing is quite high compared to hotels around the world.

An old hotel needing renovation but saved by fantastic staff
Pros:

Incredible and friendly staff. Basic but well managed and value for money. Gift Evidence and Favour were excellent reception and nothing too hard

Cons:

Aircon a bit old and mild smell of damp but not too bad.
