Pros:

The staff were good and polite and friendly

Cons:

Water was wickedly expensive!!!? Who does that!? Internet did not work all through my stay!

The EKO Hotels is great but their EKO Gardens section is not worth staying in until it's renovated
Pros:

The location is great and EKO Hotels complex is secure and serene. The employees are courteous and provide exceptional customer service and the food at their restaurants is good.

Cons:

The EKO Gardens apparently was the first of the hotel complexes and you can tell. The hotel has not been renovated to the standard of the Suites, Signature, and Eko Hotel and there's even green algae building up on the wall. I understand it's currently rainy season but its bad. The rooms are damp, the wood around the bathroom doors are falling apart, and there is very little ventilation in the rooms.

Pros:

Very clean, artistic, and lots of other things at the property to do or buy from during the day

Cons:

The turned off all the electricity at exactly 11am which was around check out time. I thought that was done intentionally.
