Adoro el BHB
Pros:

Es un lugar tranquilo, acogedor, con todas las comodidades. Por otra parte destaco que tanto la atención de Esmeralda ( bonita Esme) como de Catalina ( Cata chiquita) hacen que uno se sienta como en casa.

Cons:

No se trata de algo que no me gustó. Pero tratándose de un hotel tan bien organizado y con tanta vocación de servicio, me parece bueno pedirles que por favor instalen bidets ( dispositivos bidets para inodoros) simples de instalar, no requieren obra y agregarían un gran detalle al ya excelente servicio que ofrecen.

Pros:

The outside of the property is a bit misleading because it looks like just another door on the street, but once inside it feels like a modern boutique hotel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well equipped.

The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. They gave us good recommendations for the area and even helped coordinate our taxi back to the airport, which we really appreciated.

The breakfast was good and offered enough variety to start the day.

The location was another highlight. It is within walking distance of Pionono Street, San Cristóbal Hill, the zoo, and even downtown Santiago. The area is always busy with people, restaurants, and activity, which made us feel comfortable walking around both during the day and in the evening.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was positive.

La atención fue increíblemente!!! Loris, Esmeralda y Catalina fueron maravillosas, nos ayudaron en todos los días de nuestra estancia, fueron super amables y queridas, son las mejores este hotel lo escogimos por la valoración y no nos equivocamos, tiene una atención fascinante, el hotel es super lindo, limpio, el desayuno increíble quedamos fascinantes, lo volverías a escoger una y mil veces

Excelente
Pros:

El personal muy atento. Llegamos de urgencia en las noche ( ya que tuvimos un problema en otro alojamiento) y Catalina nos atendió de manera excelente, muy atenta y considerando todo lo que necesitábamos. Todo el personal igual, muy atento, y resolviendo cada pedido.

¡Todo perfecto! La ubicación es excelente, la habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y muy bien equipada. Todo el personal fue muy atento, amable y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar, especialmente Catalina, que nos atendió muy bien durante nuestra estadía. ¡Muchas gracias!

El desayuno es lo mejor ,muy variado y bien elaborado.

Cons:

En mi habitación se filtró el techo del baño y se inundó ,me cambiaron a una habitación más pequeña donde no funcionaba la calefacción.

Conforto e boa localização
Pros:

Hotel charmoso, quarto amplo, confortável. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Esmeralda e Catalina especialmente. O bairro Lastarria é charmoso, cultural com muitas opções de restaurantes e bares a 10 min do hotel (a pé). Perto tbem de metrô e ônibus.

Cons:

Pontos que podem melhorar: 1. a limpeza do box e da poeira do quarto; 2. O café da manhã é muito básico, com sucos e bolo (único) artificiais. Café fraco e ruim.
