Pros:

Súper bien equipado, cómodo y bien ubicado, al lado del MUT y estación de metro, barrio tranquilo y decoración acogedora. Me he alojado varias veces y lo recomiendo.

Las instalaciones y la habitación muy buenas.

Cons:

Hubo un problema con el gas y no había agua caliente, por lo que solo nos quedamos una noche y luego tuvimos que irnos.

Excelente ubicación.
Pros:

Perfecta ubicación, habitaciones muy cómodas y super bien equipadas.

Cons:

No pude realizar un late check out porque no había disponibilidad pero entiendo que no siempre existe la opicón, en otras oportunidades me he hospedado allí y sin problemas por un costo aceptable.

Wonderful location to explore Santiago!
Pros:

The location was wonderful; very central and great dining within walking distance. The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out was easy. I will definitely come back if I am every in Santiago again.

Habitualmente me quedo en este hotel porque me gusta su ubicación y su arquitectura, además de la atención del personal, las habitaciones son muy cómodas, con una buen diseño interior, dan la sensación de estar en tu casa con un estilo diferente.

Por lo pronto, no tengo reconocimientos negativos para el hotel.
