Lovely hotel with helpful staff good location and good value for money!
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent but it was very busy. The staff were very helpful both at check-in and around the hotel and bar. Views from both room were excellent. Location is excellent for visiting the old town.

Cons:

There is redevelopment ongoing behind the hotel by the water which is a bit of an eyesore but didn't really affect us. Breakfast on our first day was rather chaotic and busy so we had to sit in the bar area but staff were helpful and there was still plenty of food.

Pros:

Morgenmaden var absolut god og jeg kunne nemt finde noget at starte dagen godt med.
Hotellet lå super centralt ift. at skulle gå fra færgen fra Fr.havn og det gamle kvarter Haga lå lige få minutters gang væk. Dette havde jeg ikke bemærket, da jeg bookede hotellet, så var en behagelig overraskelse.
Mange gode spisesteder i kvarteret, så også nemt at finde steder til aften, når man ellers kunne være træt efter at have gået hele dagen.
Foyeren var god at slå sig ned i med store brede sofaer og lænestole, samt muligheder for også at sætte sig, hvis man også gerne ville have lidt ro til læsning, men ikke lige ville være på sit værelse.

Cons:

Jeg havde booket dobbeltværelse om end jeg som udgangspunkt rejste solo. Da jeg om morgenen havde været i bad, "fnuldrede" det ene håndklæde meget (sikkert fordi det endnu var nyt og ikke vasket/tumblet tilpas mange gange til ikke at have overskud af "fnuller"). Jeg oplyste dette i receptionen og i stedet for at få en nyt håndklæde, blev det bare fjernet. Som udgangspunkt gjorde det ikke så meget, men da en veninde havde fået fri et par dage, var der et behov for to håndklæder. Jeg oplyste dette i receptionen, inden hun ankom, men beskeden kom måske ikke videre, og vi måtte så selv hente håndklæder i receptionen.
Under rengøring blev skraldespanden misset en dag med lidt luft til følge, dog tømt næste dag. Ved et tilfælde bemærkede jeg pletter på væggen over spejlet, som ikke blev spottet af rengøringen, så var der også på udtjekningsdagen.

Pros:

Hotel i přilehlé okolí bylo vynikající. Krásné historické místo. Kontinentální snídaně nabízely vše a ještě mnohem víc. Nejvíce musím pochválit recepční Alexandru. Byla profesionální a zároveň velmi milá a vstřícná. Děkuji

Meine Enkelin und ich haben uns dort wohl sehr gefühlt . Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen und kann es nur empfehlen
Pros:

Ich finde es sehr angenehm, dass es viele sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Lounges gab die dazu dienten, sich ausserhalb des Zimmers aufzuhalten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und von guter Qualität . Wir waren rundum begeistert.

Cons:

Die sehr dunkle Farbgestaltung der Rezeption waren sehr schön, jedoch sehr irritierend .
Gerade wenn man vom sonnigen Vorplatz eintrat war es ein starker Kontrast und daher fürs Auge anstrengend.

Excellent staff + room + facilities + location = Fantastic experience
Pros:

The staff are smiley, friendly and helpful. They were sympathetic to our situation and showed some flexibility in allowing us to keep our bikes securely inside the building. So we are very appreciative of the gesture.
