super cute property with a nice little pool, facilities were great and the room was very comfortable
the doors are quite flimsy and thin, we could hear everything our neighbors were saying to the point where it felt like they were in the room with us. they weren’t being exceptionally loud either
Great location on a local street with little mini marts and cafes dotted along the street. Also close to both Sayan rice fields (5-10min walk in either direction and you're amongst the rice). Very quiet as it's located at the back of the family's compound. The bed was comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom worked pretty well (although in both rooms I was in - I extended my stay - the toilet was leaking around the bottom seal). Staff were always friendly and were willing to clean every day (however, every 2-3 days was fine for me). 2 bottles of drinking water supplied each day. The fridge in each room was great, as well as a kettle.
The main issue I had was the wifi. Most of the time I had to hotspot off my phone for video calls. I also learned way too much about my neighbours as the rooms were not soundproof - but it's part of staying in places like this....
Location
The room is not clean, do not have plug point except at the TV, water is smelly and the shower is so slow, can’t even wash my face properly. WiFi was not working.

Goog coffee shops around but no good restaurants.

Antara and the other guys for service were very nice, food really simple and extremely satisfying.. I really liked and the position is close to Ubud centre!

Nice little hotel, clean, with comfortable bed. Very quiet area in Penestanan, with few coffee places and health food restaurants. Good for short stay.
The bathroom didn’t have any windows, and the suction fan was terribly noisy. There were some flies outside the room, and the doors had to be kept shut always. No other complaints about Paisa; overall it’s comfortable and clean enough and I would book it again.

Not very central. Better options in Ubud itself for cheaper and breakfast included. Personal is not very friendly
Also be careful they try to scam guests. At check out they claim we made the sheets dirty with coffee even tho we didnt drink any. Just pathetic people
