Magical
Pros:

Everything. It was the most incredible holiday, and the hotel made it. Super nice staff, lots of room, rooms absolutely immaculate. And despite the last couple of days being insanely busy it was still kept to such high standards

Great hotel just very noisy.
Pros:

The location is great, right next to Liseberg and only a short tram ride into the centre. The rooms were spacious and I liked the children's beds being slightly separated. The carousel in the centre is great. We really enjoyed the food on offer at breakfast. The staff were really really friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was really loud. I came with my kids, so Im not talking kid noise. The theme park is loud, but even after it closed at 10pm, there was loud music pumping till nearly midnight, which struck me as odd for a kid friendly hotel. The rooms need more soundproofing. The kids rooms and cinema were also shut for a private function for a chunk of our time there, which was a shame.

Hade viljat kunna få vara på hotellet iallafall ett dygn istället för incheck 16 utcheck 11 så kunde man fått iallafall 24 timmar.

Det var ett misstag att boka curiosa när man inte har med sig små barn.
Pros:

Detta boende är ju 100% för barn och barnfamiljer. Det var kaos, springande barn, skrikande barn och frukosten var omöjlig att ens komma fram och ta för sig av. Jag fick gå därifrån hungrig. Underbart boende för barn och barnfamiljer. Men inte för oss som hade med oss två 15 åringar.

Allt var säkert jättebra men jag skulle aldrig bo där igen pga kaoset
