Excellent Villa location for Families in Kuta.
Pros:

Excellent villa in Kuta, plenty of space for our family of four and a home away from home for the week we were there. Property is very generous in size and comfortable with facilities to self cater during your stay. Staff friendly and accommodating and service impeccable. In house taxi service was available when required. Plenty of new building work going on so this area will only get better.

Cons:

The Villa is a fair distance away from main Kuta town, about 30 minute walk. Be mindful it Is very dark at night but very safe. In house taxi service was available when required so helped with getting young family to and from main town where all the restaurants are.

Villa très cocooning, très bel auteur, sous plafond, aucun vis-à-vis, piscine privative, salle de bain plein air .
Les produits de toilette merveilleux

Cons:

L’environnement de la résidence est en plein travaux, pas très pratique pour se déplacer

Erholsam,traumhaft und freundlich. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit.
Pros:

Uns hat besonders die Lage gefallen und dass wir trotz der zentralen Laage und einer Baustelle nebendran eine ruhige Unterkunft hatten. Das Personal ist unfassbar bemüht und sie versuchen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das putzen könnte noch etwas gründlicher ausfallen aber wir haben uns da einfach den nicht europäischen Standard angepasst und damit war das für uns auch fein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt man hört die Padel Halle nebenan. Das muss man wissen. Allerdings hört sie irgendwann auf. Bis wir geschlafen haben, war alles ruhig.
Wir hatten die Villa drei, und sie war von der Baustelle abgewandt. Aber ich schätze die wird auch bald beendet sein. Sind sehr fleißig. Außerdem haben wir uns in der Unterkunft sicher gefühlt. Es ist alles abschließbar und hohe Wände. In anderen Unterkünften haben wir von Überfällen gehört. Da hatte ich nicht 1 Sekunde Angst.

Cons:

Die Pool und Bad REINIGUNG könnte etwas besser ausfallen. Es fallen natürlich immer konstant Blätter vom Baum das verstehe ich, vielleicht sollte man einfach einen Kescher hinstellen, damit man selber sauber machen kann. Ich habe dann einfach um einen Besen gebeten und den auch umgehend bekommen. Dann habe ich einfach selber immer ein bisschen sauber gemacht. Alles top
