Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt reibungslos und komfortabel.
Pros:

Uns hat besonders gut gefallen der reibungslose Ablauf sowie Kommunikation mit dem Hotel. Wir wurden direkt am Flughafeneingang von einem Shuttle abgeholt und bei der Abreise morgens auch wieder an den Flughafen zurück gebracht. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gab 2 kostenlose Wasserflaschen zur Begrüßung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super - ausgewogen, frische Früchte, Pancakes etc. Insgesamt kann der Aufenthalt empfohlen werden, insbesondere bei späten An- oder frühen Abreisen in San José!

Cons:

Die Tür zum Gang raus war lediglich recht hellhörig, sodass man abends andere Gäste auf den Gängen gehört hat.

Todo, excelente servicio. Tiene traslado gratuito hacia y dedde el aeropuerto. Desayuno excelente. Tiene un Mall al lado

The airport shuttle was great for getting to and from the hotel.
It was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

They offer a good breakfast, but it was a little pricey. ($47 for two people)
If you are after traditional 'Gallo pinto', you'd be better eating outside at a 'soda'.

Un poco caro para lo que ofrece.
Pros:

La habitación es bonita y de buen tamaño. Todas las instalaciones son nuevas y bien cuidadas. El sector de la piscina es bonito, pero mucho viento y algo de frio por lo que no nos pudimos meter al agua.

Cons:

la cama es muy chica para un hotel de esa categoría. El desayuno bien pero muy lento para hacer una huevo fritos, el servicio del desayuno bastante regular. la verdad esperaba mas.

Not a 4 star stay by far but good enough for overnight near the airport

Shower was broken, room telephone didn’t work even after many tries, constant sound in the room like you were inside of an airplane even after turning off air conditioning (and it wasn’t from being close to the airport), smallest queen bed I’ve seen in a hotel

•Shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, which was very convenient.
* Spacious room with a comfortable bed, strong AC, and power sockets next to the bed.
* Gym is basic but perfectly fine for a quick workout.
* Restaurant offers a good variety of food, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options.
* The hotel is next to City Mall, which has a large food court and the usual stores, making it easy to grab food or anything needed.
* Great option if you need to stay close to the airport.

Cons:

I had been told I could have a late checkout until 3pm, but when I asked again later, it could not be accommodated. Better communication and consistency on this would improve the experience.

Tomamos la habitación con sala para mi familia y fue muy espaciosa y cómoda. La ubicación al lado del mall es perfecta para una parada antes de ir al aeropuerto. El desayuno ok pero podría ser un poco más completo. Buena calidad precio para ser Costa Rica
