Pros:

The hotel looks new and modern. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel has shattel from the airport and it connected to a nice mall. I heigly recommend this hotel

Pretty view, lacking, basic amenities, such as creamer for the coffee in the rooms
Pros:

The city view was so pretty especially at sunset. I also liked that it was right next to City Mall, although my flight timing did not allow for a visit to the mall this time. Breakfast was really good. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The meal I ordered for room service in the evening was terrible and I also had a problem with the way I was charged for that service. The room coffee maker initially didn’t work and someone came to fix it. I asked for extra creamer packets or milk or anything to put in the coffee, and I was told they didn’t have any. There was only the one packet that was left in the room by the machine and that was not enough for the way I drink my coffee. It was late, and there was nowhere I could walk to for a cup of coffee. This seems kind of crazy for a very expensive hotel. In the evening, I was told they did not have toothpaste. But in the morning, I found that they did in fact sell toothpaste for four dollars for a trial size in a little area behind the front desk.

Experience significantly exceeded value
Pros:

The property was very close to the airport and convenient for our late arrival and early departure (we stayed here twice on our trip). The staff was wonderful - with particular kudos to Amanda at the front desk and the entire dining room staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although not luxurious. The restaurant food and breakfast buffet were both good and superior to other chain hotels we’ve stayed at in the same price point. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices - hot foods, pancakes, a variety of breads and pastries, meats and cheeses, cereal, fresh fruit, and yogurt, scrambled eggs and made to order omelets.
A big perk was finding out we could drop off our rental car at the hotel and just take the shuttle to the airport. Our thanks to Cristina at Enterprise for her help on that.
Overall, a great start and finish to our Costa Rican trip.

Cons:

The bedding was a little thin (but still adequate). Otherwise, nothing!

It was decent and eay to get to and from the airport. Mall is for kids and a casino below the mall.

Cons:

I've been here 2xs and both times I've had issues at the restaurant. Previous time was not food quality related but this time it was. The meat on the Philly must have been pre cooked and then reheated as it was like eating beef jersey with a bad taste.
