A localização é boa, os funcionários simpáticos,muito cordiais. A limpeza estava adequada.

Cons:

O quarto tinha uma luz baixa, inclusive o banheiro, a luz muito fraca, não sei se era a proposta do ambiente. Acredito que precise conferir a manutenção das escadas, e a pintura das paredes da escada poderia ser revista também. Uma das janelas do quarto, não abria. Sobre o café, entendo que era simples, porém, poderiam trocar aquele biscoito por um pão mesmo, melhoraria muito.
