We are a Hotel embodied in a historic building, with its original façade and details but remodeled for your comfort.

Aure is located in the heart of the Yungay neighborhood, a neighborhood with a very important heritage value and close to many attractions and restaurants. The property is located 98 feet from La Peluquería Francesa, 98 feet from Museo Taller, 1312 feet from Plaza Yungay, 1148 feet from Espacio Gárgola, 2297 feet from Parque Quinta Normal and 2297 feet from the Museum of the Memory of Santiago

Each room has been carefully and uniquely decorated and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms at Casa Aure have a balcony and a small living room. The rooms include bed linen, towels and amenities.

Cons:

Que no tiene ascensor y nadie te ayuda a subir las maletas ...y está ubicado en un barrio peligroso ...por lo que hay que tomar ciertas precauciones para salir

Las camas y habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, el servicio de todo el personal es excelente, super serviciales, en especial el señor Juan atento a ayudar en todo momento. Un hotel muy recomendable.

Lindo lugar en el corazón del clásico barrio Yungay

Muy buena ubicación, en el corazón de uno de los barrios patrimoniales de Santiago. Bella casona antigua, muy bien restaurada. Mi habitación era algo pequeña, pero funcional

Cons:

Faltan algunas pocas cosas: mapa de evacuación en la habitación (en Chile eso es fundamental!), un vaso en el baño. El aislamiento acústico es mejor que en otros hoteles ubicados en casonas antiguas, pero aún así no es muy bueno, recomiendo usar tapones para los oídos

Ficamos super contentes com a recepção e boas vindas. Quando retornarmos para Santiago ficaremos no mesmo local.

Exquisito el desayuno, quizás faltó un poco de indicaciones para las personas que llegaban, y un poco más de comida considerando que los extranjeros "arrasan" con todo cuando bajan a desayunar y se repiten muchas veces.
Ojo con el agua que la mayoría de las veces se encontraba tibia y un café tibio NO es tan agradable.

Cons:

Respecto a este punto, estuvimos en dos habitaciones distintas de un total de 5 días con sus noches, y las toallas o erán muy olorosas y limpias y en la otra habitación se notaban muy viejas y mal gastadas.

Hotel muito charmoso, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, chuveiro bom, aquecedor deixou o quarto confortável no frio, equipe atenciosa, localização, metrô, restaurantes e supermercado próximos. Café da manhã bom para os padrões de café da manhã do Chile.

Cons:

No geral foi muito bom, mas senti falta de um espelho grande no quarto (só tinha acima da pia no banheiro) e uma pequena mesa no quarto para refeições.
