Benjamin el recepcionista nocturno qué me recibió junto con Francisco quien me atendió durante el desayuno, son personas muy amables, y atentas, el servicio es de primera, los felicito por la dedicación y amabilidad que los caracteriza.

Buen desayuno y buena atención de Juan en la recepción, muy cordiales. La limpieza se destaca y la comodidad de la habitación me encantó. Además muy tranquilo para descansar.

The hotel is probably the best price-quality we’ve seen in Chile so far! And the best staff for sure. Our entire experience - from check in to check out went very smoothly. The staff, Francisco and Juan, were the most caring and welcoming people, they gave us a free upgrade for the room (we ended up staying twice at the Hotel!), helped us with laundry, booking a taxi to the airport and even leaving our bigger luggage overnight while we took a trip to Valparaiso! They were very polite, kind and professional and really make sure the guests have everything they need. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable beds, great showers, and the design is lovely! It felt luxurious and for a great price too! Breakfast was also great in the dining area, food was fresh and tea/coffee was available throughout the day. Would recommend staying here to everyone!

Muy recomendable. Zona segura el barrio Yungay y muy pintoresco. Cerca de la Alameda para tomar facil el metro. Excelente atención, habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Muy bueno en relación al precio.

Eu adorei a acomodação, chuveiro maravilhoso, o atendimento muito bom, eu amei os espelhos nas escadas.
Eu só não dei 10 porque não possui ar-condicionado (central de ar), o quarto possui 2 climatizadores pequenos, e como já estava no fim do verão foi tranquilo dormir a noite, mas durante o dia era um pouco quente.
