We are a Hotel embodied in a historic building, with its original façade and details but remodeled for your comfort.

Aure is located in the heart of the Yungay neighborhood, a neighborhood with a very important heritage value and close to many attractions and restaurants. The property is located 98 feet from La Peluquería Francesa, 98 feet from Museo Taller, 1312 feet from Plaza Yungay, 1148 feet from Espacio Gárgola, 2297 feet from Parque Quinta Normal and 2297 feet from the Museum of the Memory of Santiago

Each room has been carefully and uniquely decorated and is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Some rooms at Casa Aure have a balcony and a small living room. The rooms include bed linen, towels and amenities.

Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

Amei o charme do hotel, muito bonito e aconchegante. Juan é maravilhoso, nos atendeu com muita simpatia, com certeza a melhor parte da acomodação.

Cons:

Faltou uma mesinha de “apoio” no quarto, para colocar as coisas. A localização infelizmente fica distante dos locais mais conhecidos.

Ótimo custo benefício. Café da manhã muito gostoso, com ovos mexidos fresquinhos e pão quentinho, além de outras opções. Os funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel foi construído em um casarão antigo, muito bonito. As instalações são simples mas não deixam a desejar em nada. O chuveiro muito quentinho, com água forte, aquecedor muito bom, cama confortável. Quando tivemos passeio saindo muito cedo, nós solicitamos e eles prepararam uma marmita de café da manhã. No geral, valeu muito a pena.

Cons:

Não é localizado em um bairro turístico, então não tem a segurança e a beleza de um local turístico e sim de um centro urbano.

Juan helped us with our time there! They offered us breakfast to take away as well when we have to leave early in the morning.

A really good place to stay
Pros:

It has a very good location near restaurants , museums etc. Casa Aure is very comfortable and the staff is very helpful and friendly specially Juan , Francisco and Benjamin. Access to the city center is easy. We'll come back!

Cómodo para una noche.
Pros:

El hotel en general bien, limpieza excelente. Solo sugiero que tenga una buena calefacción en el comedor, durante el desayuno se siente muy frio todo.

Cons:

No me gustó la atención de unos de los recepcionistas, el de turno de noche. No dio información correcta a preguntarle por la ciudad y acceso a transporte y en la mañana antes del desayuno fue muy poco empático al preguntarle si me podía servir un café antes de las siete. El resto del personal un 10!

Gostei bastante pelo custo benefício
Pros:

Gostei da comodidade da equipe do hotel que me auxiliou em tudo, desde o transfer para o aeroporto até dicas do que fazer na cidade e da atenção com o café da manhã.
