Good value for money. Bad location if you are there for a few days only taking early tours from Puerto Natales to Torres
Pros:

The house is beautiful and ammenities like pool, lake and garden as well. The food was good. Price is good.

Cons:

Its very far away, which is nice because its secluted from the city and you can see the stars, but given we were only there for 4 days doing tours that left early morning from Puerto Natales, we never managed to enjoy the property well or the breakfast. We recommend if you are not taking tour to the park.

Hermoso lugar, poca preocupación por su cuidado.
Pros:

El lugar donde se encuentra es incomparable, esa es su mayor fortaleza. Pudimos observar la bella fauna magallánica, incluso unos zorros juveniles. La piscina es exquisitamente temperada y todo el centro tiene calefacción central, pero a una temperatura demasiado alta.

Cons:

Llegamos cansados y nuestra habitación tenía un problema en el WC, no corría el agua, alguien había cerrado la llave de paso y hacía un ruido espantoso y constante al abrirla. Tuvimos que recibir a mantención en la noche y dijo que no tenía solución, había que cambiar todo el sistema. Entiendo que las cosas fallen, pero ya habían cerrado esa llave de paso por algo, ya sabían del desperfecto y aún así entregaron la habitación. Eso es lo que da a ver la falta de interés de administración. Nos cambiaron de habitación al día siguiente y tenía un hoyo en la pared con un parche de cinta de papel. Mucha despreocupación.

Era bien pobre el desayuno, honestamente, y demasiada gente. Un día me quedé sin mesa.

Por otro lado, la amabilidad del personal hizo muy ameno el mal rato. Buenos trabajadores.

El servicio del personal especialmente las garzonas

Cons:

Las cabañas alejadas del hotel
El personal de recepción muy poco empático creo que se llama Carlos
La comida más o menos el pie mucho limon
Las papas fritas duras y malas
Y lo peor no había agua caliente en la cabaña
