Buena relación precio calidad.
Habitaciones de la hostería limpias.

Poca presión de agua y demora en calentar el agua. La zona no tiene sequía así que es un problema del hotel.

Cons:

Caja de seguridad de la habitación fallada.
WC se tapaba con mucha facilidad.
Lavamanos también se tapaba con agua corriendo.
Agua del WC muy sucia.
Hicieron mantención de ascensor en horario inapropiado, tuvimos que transitar subiendo escalas hasta el 3er piso.

Me gustó el entorno

Cons:

La piscina estaba asquerosa, color verde, y resbalosa. Al día siguiente la cerraron por mantencion, y como estábamos ahí por la piscina y no se podía usar, nos retiramos.
El personal que atendía en el restorán no es para nada amable.

Buen desayuno, el personal muy amable. Bar, cocina, salón, recepción un equipo 10/10

Cons:

El secador de pelo estaba malo, el cloro de la picina si estaba fuerte. La carta de bar es muy cara considerando la temporada baja.

Es un lugar al que vamos seguido por la posibilidad de encontrarnos en familia y como pareja.

El hotel nos encanta ya que nos encuentra como familia/pareja
Tiene espacios y elementos que invitan a compartir y pasar un buen momento (juegos, piscina - estsba en reparacion- espacios de esparcimiento

Creo que se vuelve fundamental el tratamiento en las ventanas, ya que el ruido por el viento que se filtraba y el frio que entraba quitaban la tranquilidad, la calma y calidez que transmite y siente en ese lugar

Good value for money. Bad location if you are there for a few days only taking early tours from Puerto Natales to Torres
Pros:

The house is beautiful and ammenities like pool, lake and garden as well. The food was good. Price is good.

Cons:

Its very far away, which is nice because its secluted from the city and you can see the stars, but given we were only there for 4 days doing tours that left early morning from Puerto Natales, we never managed to enjoy the property well or the breakfast. We recommend if you are not taking tour to the park.
