Cons:

Super rumoerig dus je hoort alles wat de mensen doen die ook een kamer gehuurd hebben. En ook dat ik om 4 uur in de nacht wakker werd gemaakt omdat een trans man achterna werd gerend in het appartement door een man met een ketting waarmee die hem blijkbaar heeft geslagen. Als je echt enkel er wilt slapen en dat is het dan prima. Maar voor comfort, rust, hygiëne en veiligheid zou ik het zeker niet doen

Full refund please, place was filthy also man was attacked in the hall way in the night! All the wall smashed in between room 3 and room 4 knife on the floor! I left immediately as didn’t feel safe

Cons:

The Hotel Staff asked me late at night via WhatsApp to assist another customer struggling to open his room which I find unsettling and discomforting due to safety reasons. It should be their responsibility to assist their customers and not asking tenants to do so because it might be a trap or plot for mugging or armed robbery. Please don't text customers like that next time. Go there yourself and cater to the requests of a struggling occupant.

Basic budget lodging 👍🏻
Pros:

Budget hotel in a budget area. Very convenient. Comfy bed. Shared facilities. Clean. Cooking facilities. Great cafe around the corner, opens at 4.30am.

Cons:

A tiny bit more maintenance wouldn't hurt.

Clean and comfortable, very secure as they have 2 different code doors, and then your bedroom door has another code and key entry.
Basic amenities, no frills - great price.

Cons:

I could have done with a later checkout - you have to be out by 10.
