Tolle Lage und geschmackvolles Zimmer.
Der Preis
Mooie kamer met prachtig balkon en uitzicht. Hele mooie vloer, ook in de mooie badkamer. Fantastische ligging bij het dorpje en strand. Strandhandoeken in de kamer.
Vreemd vonden wij het dat je maar 1 consumptie ( koffie of thee) bij het ontbijt kreeg. De tweede moest je betalen, bij een kamer van €300 per nacht??? Heel erg belachelijk, maar zij zelf vonden dat heel gewoon, omdat hun drankjes echt super kwaliteit zijn???? Verder deed de eerste dag het warme water en de wifi het niet, werd de volgende dag goed verholpen.

Das Zimmer war wunderschön, wir hatten Meerblick. Leider ein unangenehmer Geruch der sich nicht beseitigen/definieren ließ.
Leider mussten wir zum Frühstück in ein anderes Hotel ( 3 Häuser weiter). Das Frühstück war übersichtlich, oft 45 Minuten vor Ende der Frühstückszeit vieles bereits nicht mehr vorhanden und - das wirklich unfassbare - das 2. Getränk zum Frühstück wurde in Rechnung gestellt (bei einem Zimmerpreis von 400 Euro / Nacht etwas ungewöhnlich). Uns wurde erklärt, es gäbe bei uns ja eine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer und sie könnten zwischen dem weniger exklusiven Hotel (in dem das Frühstück serviert wurde) und Roccobarocco keine Unterschiede machen.
Es gab keinen Empfang und keinerlei Service.
Das Abholen der Koffer vom Zimmer und der 100 Meter Transport zum Taxi wurde "extern" gelöst und mit 20 Euro berechnet.
Sehr schade, bei diesem wunderbaren Hotel so wenig Service. Leider hat sich dadurch der Eindruck der "Abzocke" bei uns ergeben. Wer 400 Euro/Nacht bezahlt kann auch für alles weitere mehr bezahlen. Bei einem gehobenen Preis hätten wir auch gehobenen Komfort erwartet.

Roccobarocco was our favourite hotel during our 2 week Italian holiday- outstanding in every way- excellent location, great facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend and hope we get to stay there one day again

The view and location
Room had a funny smell to it and it also had a lot of wasted space. Would have been nice to have a couch in the room.

Wunderbares Hotel, toll und sehr stimmig eingerichtet im Jugendstil/ Artdeco-Stil. Alles sehr grosszügig. Man spürt den Geist des Besitzers!

We had a nice stay at the beginning of November 25 just before the closure of the season in one of the rooms overlooking the sea from our balconies. Directly on the sea! Close to the thermal sand beach of Fumarole and to the warm sea baths of Sorgeto bay! Cavascura ancient Roman baths were also 30 min hike! Perfect destination if you want to experience natural thermal baths outside the main season! The owners are doing their best to prolong the season in Sant Angelo!
While the Celestino restaurant which belongs to the same owners and serves the breakfasts for roccobaroco clients as well- is very inviting and welcoming to the guests this great feeling is missing from the Conghily restaurant below Roccobarroco. Worth to develop it there as well. On the good side the owners have a good sense of humour!
