The place was disgusting , i wouldn't let an animal sleep there . Nothing at all like the pics on booking.com my wife felt unsafe there so we had to make a decision and that was to book another hotel at a cost of £300 which i might add was the same price as this we almost missed the start of the gig we went to see because of this. Its clear that booking.com do absolutely no checks on the properties that they advertise. When I challenged for a refund I have been told I wouldnt get one as I didnt contact the property to give them chance to sort out . What should I do in this situation we only just made the show that we traveled from Nottingham to see besides what were they going to do rebuild the place absolute joke. This is not the end of this and booking.com and the property should expect to hear from my solicitor as im furious, also I will note that o will never use booking.com again which is sad to say but never mind . I strongly advise against anyone using this property.

This place is an absolute scam. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the "bed" had NO MATTRESS. It was two hard wooden box bases pushed together with some pillows and a thin blanket thrown on top. It was completely uninhabitable and physically impossible to sleep on.

Even if the bed had been normal, the room itself was microscopic with barely enough space to stand. To make matters worse, it was a massive safety hazard: an electrical power socket was literally falling out of the wall.

However, the most disgusting part was the host's deceitful and fraudulent behavior. After I reported the unlivable conditions to Booking.com, the host deliberately ignored the official support chat. Instead, they called my personal phone number and tried to trick me into pressing the "Cancel" button on my end. Because my booking was "non-refundable," if I had pressed it, the host would have legally pocketed 100% of my money as a cancellation fee! When I refused to fall for their trap, they made up a ridiculous lie about the mattress being out for a "deep clean" and offered a late check-out.

Thankfully, I didn't fall for their manipulation, left the property immediately, and Booking.com forced a full refund. Do not stay here under any circumstances. They will take your money, try to scam you, and leave you to sleep on bare wooden boards. Avoid at all costs!

It was extremely hot, smaller than expected and very uncomfortable. On top of that, the hallway light didn't work, so we could not even bear to stay in the end and I have requested a refund. I've been waiting for almost 1 week now.

The rooms were not clean, wires were sticking out of wall. There was what looked to be masking tape around the window. We also had bugs crawling in our beds. The photos on the listing are also a false advertisement because our room looked nothing like it it does in images

Parking, Cleaning, Decour, other residents arguing at 1am

The was strong smell in of people smoking in the morning

Bed was uncomfortable.
Walls a thin and other guests were noisy at 6am

everything, no staff entry through a lock box,
it felt like a halfway house that people were permanently living in, walls are paper thin, we couldnt sleep as we could hear everythng going on in other rooms.

Booked because it said we had a private bathroom but didn't, it was a shared bathroom. Room was so small you couldn't swing a cat about. Walls and door were filthy.
We were in room 6 right next to shared bathroom so there were people slamming the door all night. Other guests were so noisy during the night.
