Pros:

Beautiful and charming hotel in a perfect location, right in the heart of the historic center. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the blend of traditional architecture with modern amenities was fantastic. We loved our stay and would happily return. Thank you!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Heart Hotel. The building itself is beautiful, full of character and history, yet the hotel feels modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
One of my favorite parts was the lovely patio, which was the perfect place to relax with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The location is also excellent, right in the center of Limassol and within walking distance of everything I needed. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I also really liked the Honesty Bar concept, which is a unique touch that makes the hotel feel even more special.

Pros:

Very modern lifestyle in a beautiful character building.
Pros:

The overall experience in the hotel was good, the staff were excellent and the communication with the off-site team was faultless, very responsive and sorted the issue within minutes.
The room was lovely and whilst the controls took a little time to try and work out, we did like the innovation in terms of controlling the curtains, lights, etc.

Cons:

It did seem like "Design over Form" i.e. there was a lovely bath in the room, but no shower. Also the tap for the bath was at the far end, so not reachable when laying out. This meant when moving forward to turn the tap on / off one sat on the plug and the water started to drain out. It would be better to have the tap in the centre of the bath for easy reach.
WIth all the wall programmers, we noticed some did one thing and others did another. It would be better to have a mobile unit that did everything. Then it's all in one place and you're not going from one programmer to another to work out how to switch lights off or close curtains.
I am being pedantic as the stay was very good, but I feel it's best to have constructive feedback

Did not stay there came back to Paphos
Pros:

Wow where to start , we didn’t stay there , unpacked luggage and then after 2 hrs repacked and got a taxi back to Paphos so in total we paid £105 going in taxi and £95 going back then the money for you’re 5 star ⭐ rated hotel waisted. The room was an actual prison cell with pink metal railings as a wardrobe ,, am not one to ever complain but wow the area is horrendous I actually thought I was in a different country than Cyprus , been to paphos 14 times , parallimini 3 times, protaros 5 times and loved all of them and also been to a place in lofu in a 5 star hotel which was amazing am so sorry 😔 but I actually think we should be able to claim something back for this disaster

Cons:

All above is everything you need to know but them pics are how you have to hang clothing absolutely shocking and how you could shower in pitch dark bathroom and view outside was roofs you could nearly touch them

Pros:

Делала бронь в отеле день в день по причине отказа заселения в другом отеле , все очень понравилось , бронь моментальная, заселение полностью автоматизировано, все двери под кодовыми замками с паролями, которые приходят в сообщении.
Номер сам очень приятный , отдельный плюс за дизайн интерьера , все чисто , есть все необходимое , коммуникация с объектом на высоте ! Рекомендую 🙌
